Great location. Pool and sauna lovely. Breakfast great. Room spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Garage Parking was available. The staff in the restaurant were very professional. The reception day manager spoke English and was very professional and helpful.

Housekeeping around Christmas holidays was minimal but understandable.

The town itself and the region. The hotel with its comfortable rooms, friendly staff and nice pool area.

In our room we found it difficult to properly flush the toilet as well as drain the bathtub and the washing basin. There was no minibar to cool our drinks and no in-room vault to store valuables.

A little out of town and not much around. The ceiling in the car park is too low so when opening the boot of the car, it popped up and hit the ceiling. Luckily no damage was done but very poorly designed.

For a Best Western... it's pretty amazing. I'm from the U.S. and this is a very different beast. Fantastic breakfast, Spa and pool, very friendly & helpful staff, the list goes on. Oh right.... there's a mini bar as well.

There's very little to complain about and to me, the place could stand a bit of updating but honestly, it's a great place to stay. If I ever make it back to that part of the world, I'd happily stay there again.

The breakfast and the pool excellent, the bed and the room were excellent. The person greeting us at the desk is very nice, the employees are nice too (all of them). It was perfect and exceeded expectation

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and offered a welcome drink, which was a first. The facilities were excellent. The room was spacious and well outfitted. Great pool and sauna.

Meals were a little pricey but there was an alternative

Nice pool, very helpful and friendly stuff. Parking also for E-Bikes with own locked room no problem (8 Euro per night for the car).

Sauna little old and it would be nice to have a bigger relax area outside, not just a mini-spot with 2 chairs. Overall ok as not too many people used it on that day. Breakfast is ok for the price (10 Euro per person), but you can tell the shortage of personal. They hardly have the chance to ensure enough clean tables available for new guests and buffet refilled. Anyhow, stuff very friendly so for us no problem at all.

I have stayed there so often and every single time the place has met expectation. Professional, friendly staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, good fitness facility and nice restaurant

Easy registration to room Receptionist was friendly Room was a nice size.

Bed was too small and not made up when I arrived. The duvet was folded on the bed and I had to make it myself! The shower was very small as was the bathroom.

Stayed there before and it’s comfortable, convenient and the staff are excellent! Breakfast was really good!

It was very stuffy in the rooms as there is no air conditioning and the weather was hot
