The location is perfect for someone who wants to have a decent night sleep, and the matrasses are comfortable. The keyless access to the rooms is a very convenient thing: one does not have to watch over the card or key, just keep the PIN in mind, and that allows check-in at any time and an automatic check-out. Which means certain flexibility and zero waiting time. The personnel is very nice and helpful.

If one travels by car he needs to be aware of the number of the parking slots in front of the hotel: there are only two. So chances are, one has to drive by towards a public parking and, consequently, be charged for each night. That's a payoff for staying nearly in the center of the old town, I guess.

This was our second stay in this hotel. You cannot beat the location. You are in the middle of the city. Despite that parking is available! We arrived early after my friends flew in from America. They were extremely tired and we were kindly met before check-in time and shown to our rooms. Much appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and unique. Breakfast is lovely and the person serving breakfast even more so. Very nice! Will definately book again!

Very nice, authentique "boutique hotel" in historical building. Central, but quiet location. Main attractions are just around the corner, within easy walking distance. Rooms/bathrooms recently renovated and very clean. Owner/staff very friendly and helpful.

It’s quiet and historically fascinating, with a large part of it originally built in 1240 AD. Easy to get to from the train station. The rates were reasonable, and the owner, Dieter, was very friendly and so helpful. I was so glad I chose this hotel. The included breakfast was delicious and there were good choices.

I had to leave. I didn’t want to!

The location of this sweet little hotel was fabulous. Just off the main town square. Quiet and peaceful, very clean, cosy and the breakfast was awesome.

Fine historical building with modern facilities in the middle of a pretty old town centre but situated on a very quiet side street. Many pleasant restaurants with outside seating nearby (all in easy walking distance).

There was no receptionist due to the covid-19 situation. The keycard was in a box in the front but only worked at the backdoor...but they made up for it during after stay service where our suggestions issues were solved in an exemplary way.

Breakfast was good but a fresh fruit salad would have been nice. Very good central location
