Very comfortable hotel in Schwerin. The room and bed were excellent. The hotel is very pet friendly, dog bed and drinking cups were provided upon arrival. Breakfast was OK. The location is a little bit outside from the city, therefore a own car is required. The hotel is quite new and has a fresh look.

The Wifi Service in the room was quite slow. The TV does not have a Netflix option although it was a new SmartTV. On the evenings the carpark is very crowded. Although there is a parking fee, it is hard to get a free spot. Breakfast could have a little bit more variety.

We enjoyed our stay, good quality hotel, good rooms, comfy beds, fitness and spa room, acceptable breakfast (you will get your scrambled eggs and bread), huge shopping center right next to the hotel, go there by car cause everything else is not an option. Good choice if you are visiting multiple cities in the area and need a "one-check-in-place". You can get coffee all day long. The air conditioning is really working, so add 2 degrees to what you want.

You're in the middle of no-where (next to the city center) but still they are charging you for parking, which is in front of the hotel and which is huge, still don't get that. The breakfast is standard, nothing special not even "typical" German about it.

We needed a hotel whilst driving through germany. Found this one last minute and it was a nice surprise - very good value for money, right on our route. the rooms were big and comfortable, bed was very nice and comfy. there was coffee and tea machine, everything was good in the room (apart from the smell in one of the 2 rooms we booked, perhaps someone smoked in it?)

They have a weird policy of asking for a card deposit of 99eur when the price of the room was 75eur. I was told i will get it back when i pay at checkout. this was the case for one of the rooms but the money did not return to my account for the second room. they said it might take 3 days to get back. it has been 2 weeks and I still did not get the 99 euro back. I have now contacted the hotel and hope they sort it out but this is really an unnecessary stress, especially since the room was booked with a card guarantee.

The workers at this hotel are super friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night but we still felt very warmly welcomed. This is nowadays unfortunately not so typical in the hotels anymore. The location for self drivers is perfect: near to highway and a shopping center, outside of the crowded city center + huge parking place:-)

Some part in the room is aged, needs to be renewed.

The room was clean and spacious. It had all the necessary facilities incl. a mini fridge, A/C, and kettle. The breakfast was exceptional - it had a very good selection of items and was continuously being replenished - well done to the team!

The showerhead holder and riser / rail were sometimes losing grip, causing the showerhead to slide down the rail on its own. The room water kettle contained deposits at the bottom.

Nice room, spacious ans nicely decorated Good breakfast (except things run out one day when there were too manyy people from were several buses)

Very limited gym Not so easy to use outddor space, there were some chairs and tables behind the hotel, but didn't feel like you were welcome to sit there. The cleaning was not good enough, we actually went and borrowed the vacuum cleaner to clean the floor.

The bed was very good!

Our bathroom door was broken! We couldn't closed it! The toilet seat was broken as well! When I booked the room I got the sum, but I thought the amount included everything, but we were surprised that we had to pay an additional €25 for the dog, which was a lot for a small dog.

The staff are great and very friendly, the hotel is quiet and breakfast is top, had everything I could ask for and the little one was happy as well. When it comes to kids entertainment I couldn't find much but it's not a kid resort so that's fair. The location is good too, near a faster road to get you going to your daily destinations, there is a huge shopping area across the main road where you can find pretty much everything.

The Internet was painfully slow, needing me to use my phone data abroad which created unnecessary costs. I know the planned updates should resolve this and won't hold this against the hotel. Another personal preference would have been less soft beds but I know hotels like super cushy beds... I sleep best on hard mattresses and found it hard to get enough sleep as a result.

While we had booked thru booking, the hotel had not received the reservation. We was nevertheless able to process a couple of hours later and they gave us a very large room to compensate. Diner was buffet style but they closed it before we had dessert.

Everything was very good, but there are unique administrators who mix up numbers and make gross mistakes when paying, as an apology they give a coupon for a free boiler when the bar is no longer open))) In the morning, another administrator, not aware of the situation, fixes the situation with great efforts. But still, the hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend!
