Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice room and it was all very clean. I liked the style of the hotel. Also, Schwerin is really nice!

Both me and my wife found the bed to be way to hard, so unfortunately we didn't have a great sleep. For some reason I expected the hotel to be even more luxurious. I guess they managed to pump up my expectations with very good photos and filters. But all in all a great stay!

What a beautiful hotel! Absolutely stunning. Staff couldn’t have done enough for us too. The hotel was right on the side of a gorgeous lake and a few minutes walk into the old town. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in.

Everything was amazing

Beautiful old building in a great location only a short walk from the old town centre. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful with a great selection of. All the staff were lovely and there is secure parking

Staff were friendly and helpful. Decor and furniture had a vintage/ antique look, including a four poster bed. Located very close to the railway station, and with a pretty view over the Pfaffenteich lake.

Wifi was a bit patchy.

Great location within walking distance to city attractions, very close walking distance to station. Staff very friendly, breakfast included a wide variety of items including eggs cooked to order. Room spacious, ours overlooked the back rather than the lake but was extremely quiet and well kept. Appreciated being able to check in early.

Furnishings were perfect except it would have been nice to have another chair to relax in.

Charming, very comfortable, traditional hotel. It has many fine points, but the best of all is the unfailingly helpful and cheerful staff on the front desk. This is without doubt my favourite hotel in Schwerin.

Excellent and very helpful staff. The hotel and it's location were beautiful. The view of the lake from the lake view room was magical. We did not eat at the hotel, but did get a drink from the bar and enjoyed them in front of the fire in the room adjacent to the bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

An older style hotel in a fantastic location right on the lake and only a very short walk from the station and from the main town

Typical of many older style hotels there is a set of stairs at the entrance which can be a challenge but they are only a few, the access to the rooms is by lift so not a problem.

A hotel with great German atmosthere in a great location, very clean with excellent help.

The bathtub slash shower was very slippery. And the cold hot water was difficult to control.

The selection of items on the buffet was excellent. Also appreciated the offer of freshly prepared eggs.

Our group of four adults were disappointed with the horrible cigar smoke that permeated the ground floor. It filled the elevator and it smelled on the second floor as well. If the air had been without smoke, we would have enjoyed a drink before turning into our rooms.
