It's immediately across the street from the train station. So convenient. It's also a walking distance to the old city and the castle is about 15 minutes walk. The staff is friendly and even allowed me to check in early because of my train's early arrival. The interior is charming and the room is narrow and long with plenty of room to stretch out. The bathroom is right outside room door across the hallway but it's individual bathroom not shared with other rooms. The bathroom is clean and decent size.

The fact that we have to lock our room when we go to the bathroom. It's a really minor point and one gets used to it after a while.

Tiny room but it was enough for me. The bed is very comfy. Though I booked a room that says the bathroom is outside, I was still given a room with a bathroom in my room, for which I was super grateful. For those future travellers who worry about the bathroom outside, it is still private and not shared, so I would not worry about it. The location is amazing, I arrived by train and before the train even stopped I already saw the place.

The place could be cleaner. Perhaps it is due to the bedsheets and towels being a bit old.

I went there because I needed to be close to the Train Station - and this Hotel is perfect for that purpose in Schwerin! Rooms are small but adequate and comfortable. Service is friendly and efficient. I didn't go for Breakfast but I DID go for dinner in the Bulgarian Restaurant downstairs and enjoyed the Food and the Service. Locatßon is also fine for sightseeing in this remarkably beautiful city - just over 10 minutes walk to the famous Schloß Schwerin and other magnificent buildings.

A bit strange to have the more than adequate (not-shared) bathroom directly across the Hall, opposite the Room door. But - quickly got used to that - and everything worked fine!! The Hotel is a bit noisy in the early morning - but it IS close to the Strassenbahn and the Train Station, so to be expected.

The breakfast was nice. The location next to the train station is Excellent There was a bathrobe and slippers in the room. The shampoo was excellent

They still had covid stickers. As people walk outside the room you can hear the floor creaking. There are a lot of stairs There were only 2 hooks to hang your stuff

Friendly atmosphere, special bulgarian"taste" . Little old style , but everything was available what we need.

Some of the rooms not included bathroom, but just a separate place opened from the corridore, however these bathrooms were individually related to the certain room. Small inconvenience if you would like to use the toilette.

As a train traveller the hotel was ideally located for me and was clearly visible across the square from the station entrance. The hotel was rather quirky being painted in garish colours and having various items of memorabilia which seemed to have at best tenuous connections with it. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and well-presented. Reliable and easy-to-access wifi. I did not take breakfast (early train) but enjoyed a rather nice pizza in the restaurant in the evening.

Some difficulties with check-in because of language issues. Bed was a bit low. Bathroom was across a corridor. However, I knew about this in advance and it was specific to my room (locked with same key) but still a bit problematic. Bedroom window overlooked main street and station square so occasional noise disturbance (but did not prevent a good night's sleep).

- Great location, directly in front of the central station. - Kind staff. - Very clean. - Free toiletries, incl. slippers, a bottle opener and two glasses were included in the room price. (It would be better to write about it in the room description. :) )

- The toilet was outside the room, although next to the door and only for us. For a short stay, it is absolutely not an issue. I should also say, that it was mentioned in the booking that the toilet is in a hallway. - Beds were too soft. - A hanger would be appreciated. - No elevator (only as info).

Very clean and renovated bathroom. Super friendly staff. Cute decorations. The heating system becomes hot really fast.

The mattresses are not really comfortable. Consider using earplugs if you have a bathroom in the hall, as you might constantly hear others going here and there, opening and closing their doors.

Most comfortable place in our tour. Very good location and clean, comfortable rooms. Delicious food and Excellent, friendly staff and excellent service, we must recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in schwerin

Everything was Excellent

Great staff, super friendly. Really took his time to check me in and explained everything to me. Very comfortable beds barely could get out of it. Top location 1 minute from the Hauptbahnhof. Everything was clean!!! Even place people would over look and not clean were clean but one dirty spot.

Didn't have a lift, and watching television might be a bit hard/ annoying. Quality isn't that good.
