The hotel and our room was very nice, clean and modern. We appreciated that the parking was free of charge. The check-in proccess was easy and quick.

We were supposed to have a room with a view of the lake, sadly we got a different room. We didn’t bring it up with the staff though, it wasn’t a big issue, I’m sure the staff would’ve sorted it out. The location is calm and quiet, but a bit far away from the city centre.

The sauna was wonderful. The the bike storage plus bike workshop made the place a great stop on our tour. The beds were very comfortable and the property was very modern. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Because of the rainy weather we did not have a place to sit with our friends to play cards/socialize except in the rooms. All of the community sitting areas are outside, which is quite lovely, but in rainy weather we were stuck in our beautiful rooms on our own. Be sure to keep the windows closed as well because of the mosquitos!

The name of the hotel speaks for itself - we travelled by bike and could store them perfectly safe and also charge them. The bike storage is accessible with the room key which gave us more freedom in comparison to other hotels where you have to get the key from the reception. The rooms are small but are clean and have everything you need. The breakfast is phenomenal - very good selection of food. And the location is perfect whether you want to do more biking or explore Schwerin by foot.

Great location and very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday night- there was nowhere close by to get a drink. Would have liked better communication from the hotel about alternative arrangements.

the staff mostly refused to talk in english, except for a guy that was nice the breakfast is too expensive for what it offers, it is soo small the reception is closed from 4pm, so if you need to leave any luggage you can't

Space, Facilities, and Staff.

The floor heating was not working. I requested assistance twice, but they said that was the maximum they could do. I cannot step on the floor because it is too cold, so I gave up asking.

The breakfast, views, layout and staff were exceptional.

The after hours check-in computer was a challenge for us. Turned out I should have put my first name in for the surname so if you have challenges try both. The staff member showed up in five minutes to fix things.

Very beautiful and comfortable room. We were allowed to wash clothes, which was so helpful since we're traveling for almost a month! The outdoor dining deck overlooking the lake was wonderful. The staff was excellent. They were so friendly and spoke good English for us.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the center of Schwerin. The hotel itself represents a modern architectural style, which I don't particularly like, but the room was good and entry was convenient with a door code. Schwerin itself is a nice city and Schloss Schwerin is amazing.

Nice room with a view of the park and, obliquely, the lake. Very convenient parking and a shortish and pleasant walk to the Schloß and the town centre.
