The location was ideal for the town and trains. The room was clean with new towels and cleaned twice in the week by a lovely team. The beds were comfortable. My daughter in law had to ring on her phone to get us in as my phone had run out of charge. They were very helpful. Thanks. We would definitely stay there again.

The outside door was wet one night, and it took us a while to get in. The key wouldn't work for quite a few minutes. I tried to call, but i couldn't get through on my English phone? The inside door did not always open straight away. The shower base was a bit wobbly. Nothing serious. It can be a lively area, but the noise did not bother us.

Location, room, cleanliness

I’ve requested early check in and paid it but when I came I couldn’t enter my room because it was not processed in the system. After couple of calls to service center and 45min, I was able to get card key and enter the room. I haven’t been offered any compensation. Also, door code should be communicated more clearly in the email, many hotel guests were standing in front of the main door not knowing how to enter and unable to find access code in email.

Excellent location right next to train and bus station. Easy check in and check out. I liked having a door code to enter property, better than needing a key, I think. Glad the lift worked too!

Would be great if there was a kettle and mini fridge in the room. I had to keep going to McDonald’s for hot water for cups tea.

It was room with small roof terrace and it saved my stay. (There was two windows i could open - there is no ventilation in room). Perfect location near railway station. My windows were to other side - not noisy. In my room was small coffee machine, but not in other rooms and whole hotel.

Bed was narrow - its not a double bed, but two separately beds standing nearby.

The room and bathroom both were really good and big for a single room and the price charged. The cleanliness was excellent. Location is very close to the Siegburg Bahnhof and very convenient to catch an early train to Frankfurt airport. Close to the walking street and market.

The windows were facing west and the afternoon sun made the room very warm. (Normally There is no fan or AC in the rooms) In peak winter this could be an advantage. There was space for a small refrigerator but refrigerator was missing. There was no staff available. Check in was on a terminal (a little cumbersome).

We stayed here already many times as a starting point for our golf tour. It’s a simple But comfortable hotel in the city. The fact we come back every time says enough

It's very near the station, in a very good location for the city. There is a sushi restaurant in the same building. Check-in is all digital (type the name in a tablet, enter the key code by the door, etc.) and worked very well. We slept there on a Wednesday and it was very quiet (no noise from the street like other reviews had said... but who knows on a weekend).

The car park is about 200 meters from the hotel in a car park not managed by the hotel. It's not far but would be handier in the same hotel.

Facilities, self check in, the price.

There is no AC. It was really hot. It was hard to sleep with open windows because of the noise on the street.

I liked the sustainable concept of the hotel. Natura products in the bathroom as well. It was pretty clean as well. I contacted the staff via email and the replay was pretty fast, I liked that. The location is absolutely perfect just in front of the train station, but there is any noise although. There is just everything in the approximate pharmacy, coffee shops, breakfast shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The thing that I didn't like was that I had no Wi fi from the hotel, so I had to pay for internet access from telecom. The public bathroom/ toilets at the hotel were pretty dirty and there was any lighting. It would be better if there was an open space with coaches and tables, maybe free drinks as well. The check is too late as well-we were in the city at 9 and had to wait till 15 just to check in and at the same time carry all the luggage.
