Excellent receptionist on Monday early evening 👌🏼

Perhaps a little more choice for breakfast, though little jars with fruit and muesli mix were beautiful.

The staff were fantastic. We missed our morning flight so ended up arriving late into the evening after reception had closed. The after-hours staff member who met us was extremely helpful and ensured we weren't left waiting outside to get in. All the staff we met were very friendly and polite and even helped us practice some German. The hotel itself was clean. The rooms although quite small were very comfortable and cleaned daily. The breakfast room next to reception was a good size and the food was lovely with a nice selection. Overall we were really pleased with our stay and enjoyed returning to the hotel after long days exploring the Christmas markets. The staff are a credit to the hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Our towels were never replaced even though we asked and we didn't have enough. But nothing major to complain about!

It's quite close to the train station. Troisdorf is a very quiet town, lovely. Close to shops (Kaufland) and restaurants as well. The staff was friendly, we had good wifi, the room was clean and confortable. At this moment the train to Cologne costs 4,55 euros so it is worth to stay here in case you can't afford to book a hotel directly there.

The room surely needs updating (new toilet seat, new shower head as ours was leaking) but we only needed a place to sleep and take a shower so it was fine for us.

We arrived very early in the morning and because of the football game we wouldn’t come back until very late at night. They offered us a super solution and we could just leave the bags and do the check in, so later we could just go in our rooms. Everything was easy and efficient. The hotel is just a few minutes walking distance from Troisdorf train station.

Location is very good, all schoping facilities near by, Cleanliness is good, quiet place, staff are friendly, Value a bit high, in my reservation i thought that the Breakfast was included as was shown in Booking.com before my reservation of the Room, so that i must pay extra for Breakfast, ansonsten the travel was good

a bedside lamp isn't working, there were no Facilities to make Coffee in the Room, the Room is little bit small

It was an easy train ride, less than 20 minutes, three stops from Cologne/Bonn airport to Troisdorf. Then a five minute walk to Hotel Primula. it’s a cozy hotel, with everything within easy walking distance. I was greeted by Mr. Eissa Nabil, an Excellent Host, who went out of his way to make sure I understood where the restaurants were located, and he was happy to translate German to English for me! He felt more like a good friend, rather than hotel host. The bed was incredibly comfortable…..and I had two excellent nights sleep! I ate two delicious meals one at Ju Ju, an Asian Cuisine as well as a variety of Hearty German specials.. it was a plate of wonderful food, enough for two people! The second night I ate incredible Pizza at Il Giorgio, only a few blocks from Hotel Primula. they had a lovely setting in the back garden among Olive trees and grape vines under a series of open umbrellas….real Italian food…..welcoming staff…… I was having trouble walking but after a 90 minute Thai Massage, I felt like a young man again, and could move on without my cane. It a tiny place, diagonally from the old church, look for the High steeple. I wish I could have stayed longer

The location was perfect because we could access to the Cologne airport within minutes by taking an S-Bahn located 3 minutes by foot to the hotel. There is a delicious Vietnamese restaurant 1 minute walk from the hotel also.

One power outlet didn’t work next to the bed and the other one was loose in the wall, kind of dangerous.

It was a lovely stay at hotel Primula, location was really good many shops are on the walking distance, staff is super helpful, love it definitely recommend.

The hotel is quite close to the train station. The staff was very nice and accommodated all my requests.

They don't clean the room and change towels often.

Probably the most helpful and exceptional staff I've encountered in recent travels -- particularly here in Germany; comfortable, cozy and clean rooms.

The hotel faces a busy intersection so it can be a bit noisy between that and the nearby construction sounds.
