Kranz Parkhotel is a stylish and comfortable hotel that offers a high standard of service. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and a modern bathroom. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious, served in a pleasant dining area. The location is central, with easy access to the train station and nearby restaurants. A great choice for both business and leisure travel — I would happily stay again.

Great location, also close to the Christmas market, clear room and good breakfast. The bathroom was large and with double sink. parking garage available.

We clearly asked to have two close rooms, but between the rooms there were 3 long corridors. I understand it is not always easy to have close rooms, but the ones we got very very far apart. We clearly asked for one of the two rooms to be double, instead we had only towels and sheets for one person, and when we asked for the second duvet, they told us there was no sheet left to go with that! Strange because the morning staff was more kind and competent.

I opted to pay for the breakfast which was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I stayed here twice, once upon my arrival to Speiberg and once on departure. Each time, I had a different room and the rooms had themes. The first time was music-I am a musician! The second time was art clay structures-I was here for a class that included this! Everything about this place is exceptional, clean and well run. The location is quiet and a little walk to the main centre of town. I also had dinner my first night there and the dining room and steak were exceptional. I will be travelling in 2025 and this will be my choir of hotel to stay on my first night of the workshop.

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant is amazing and made all extra miles possible. We arrived quite late, but we were offered to prepare some food and drinks for us ahead of time until kitchen will be closed so we would have something to eat after the long travel by car. Breakfast is of a good quality. The rooms are very nice, the beds are comfortable. Bottled water, coffee and tea is available for guests in the room. Large public car parking is available just at the hotel and is free of charge during the night hours.

WiFi connection in my room was barely available. Most probably because of the room's location and distance to the nearest router. However, for business traveller this is quite important, and I would definitely recommend to adjust the position of the routers in order for all the guests to have high quality internet connection in the room.

I knew the hotel, location is excellent . We were accommodated in the boarding house or annex , which was known to us. The rooms are new , high standard equipped.

not known to us prior to booking was that room cleaning comes at an extra charge , too few towels for winter month if no room cleaning is booked prior, tea and coffee making facilities are of high quality but no tea , coffee, sugar satchets are provided .I would expect it in a 4 star hotel and it cannot be excused with the “ Covid excuse”. Parking comes at an extra fee which I would also expect to be covered in a 4 star hotel, considering that the park house is not fully booked.

the staff was really friendly, and helpfull, really nice night agents, the breakfast was fresh, and a variety of options, location is half an hour drive to the Dome , there is a nice market walking distance from the hotel, a nice walking route to the Abbey infront of the hotel, different restaurants near the hotel, the hotel has a nice bar with a list of cocktails, it has a small welness with a sauna and a gym, we enjoyed our stay , we surely will be returning .

The rooms are of a good quality and spacious. The hotel is located in close walking distance proximity to the city center with a lot of restaurants. If you come by car and stay over night hours only, I would recommend parking your car at a public open parking place just behind the hotel. It always have space and is free during the night.

The lesser expensive rooms are located in a building nearby. Therefore, you need to cross the street to reach your breakfast or reception. It is not a big deal, as the walking distance is less than a minute. Just during winter time you need to be fully dressed.

The room has all the necessary amenities, we really only slept, we arrived at 9 pm and left at 9 am the next day. Staff was friendly, bed comfortable, our rest was pleasant. Our room was in the building across the street, Annex I think it's called.

As soon as I made the reservation I received this message, I will gladly share it with you as I think it is important to know before booking: "We would like to inform you that the following room categories are in our new boarding house opposite, but as always check-in takes place at our reception: budget single room, double room, apartment, deluxe apartment and superior apartment There are no services for these rooms such as: water/coffee, room service, minibar and no air conditioning! If you wish to have your room cleaned, we charge a surcharge of EUR 30.00."

Calm hotel, at the edge of cozy town Siegburg. Parkingsite next door, as well as an underground parking garage of which direct entrance to the hotel. Spacious room, with coffee and tea facility.

English communication of staff at front desk is not great. But, people were very friendly and eager to help. Prices for breakfast and parking are a bit pricy. (parkinggarage was approx. 25euro a day)

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We booked the apartment which was across the road from the hotel. Even though there was no air con, the room still felt cool when it was 30+ degrees outside. The kitchenette was well equipped. The staff at reception and restaurant were very nice and accommodating with our requests. We had breakfast the restaurant which had a good selection of breads, pastries, cereals, fruits and yoghurts. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The restaurant didn't stock any black tea and boiled water was not filled up at the buffet station during breakfast which meant were having tea back in our room after breakfast. Although coffee was hot and provided at the table in advance, unfortunately we are morning tea drinkers so perhaps this could be added to their buffet selection for future tea loving guests! : )
