We (20 people) had a truly amazing stay in this hotel. The staff had been amazingly friendly and helped us having a great stay. Everything was clean. The breakfast was basic but tasty. Nice group rooms for bigger groups. We'd go there any time again and I'd recommend this stay for everyone who want to have a good stay. The Rotter-See is really close where you can go swimming, Volleyball, relaxing. Also close are some restaurants, Laster Tag etc. All in all we had an amazing time and I'd recommend this place!

We liked that there was open reception 24 hours as we had to arrive very late. The employees were friendly and provided accurate information for any of our questions about the stay. Very clean rooms, and great for short stays , especially if you travel onwards. Its at a very easily accessible location to the motorway. Parking was very useful that it was just at the entrance.

The nearby crossroad was a bit noisy, with a some ambulances passing with sirens on, but once you close the windows it was great :)

The room was very clean, nicely equipped, spacious and light. We were very satisfied with it. We liked the surroundings as well, we have a small child, and it was quite nice that there is a playground for children 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The pillows were too soft. There could have been a selection of a more stiff pillow(s), There might have been a possibility to ask at the reception desk for a stiffer one, but we arrived late, so I doubt anyone would have found a stiffer pillow at 2AM.

The room was very clean. The location, right near the highway entrance and about 20km from downtown Cologne and a bit less from Cologne Airport, is pretty ideal. The receptionist that welcomed us was very kind.

Pillows uncomfortable, beds old-fashioned small size, room a bit tired (except toilet and shower, clearly recently renovated). Parking is available for a fee but when I arrived there was only one spot left and pretty tight as well since the individual parking slots are relatively small. However I had no other choice. Sound proofing needs improving. When the next door hotel guest let his door slam shut, the entire wall shook

Super comfortable and great beds

The 11 Euro per day parking fee. The parking lot is large enough with enough empty spots to lower that fee or include it in the room price. It is a hotel that is mainly accesible by car as it is adjacent to the autobahn and there is not much free street parking close nearby. The opening hours of the restaurant could also be more clear but there are easy and good delivery options from businesses closeby.

Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good and plenty. Parking facility is good. When I was checking in, I was told parking has a fee. But in the morning on the reception desk there were bunch of tokes for car to drive out. I would have said I did park on the street in fact i could get one of the free tokens on the desk and just drive out. But in overall I have been satisfied with all services.

A clean and comfortable place to stay with free water and coke in the fridge and coffee/tea maker. You can also change your towel everyday if you wish to. The room has air conditioning and the breakfast is good.

It’s a little bit far from the city centre but if you are not in the rush you can take the public transportation to go to Bonn in 45 mins/1hr. It’s 55euro in taxi from here to Bonn. There are no shops in the vicinity only a shell station and Aldi (3 mins by car).

The rooms were clean and tidy as per the pictures from the website. Rooms were big enough with basic stuffs like water heater, coffee / tea packets, glasses, towels, hangers, etc.,, Beds were comfortable too...

Pillows were big so I had neck pain after 2 days. I was not informed before regarding the paid parking at the hotel. It was a surprise to know at the last moment to pay 11€ per day for parking which I find it too much as we are paying around 75€ per night for a standard room and parking is not included in this price..

Location is a bit far from Bonn city centre but the driving distance is bearable, and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, variety of breakfast was the best (as usual in Best Western hotels) , the staff was very helpful as we needed to have a chat with our clients at the hotel lobby for ~30 mins.

Breakfast very limited options for veg. could have few more options like crossiants etc. again parking was within the hotel campus, not sure why 11 Euro is charged separately again for each Car.
