Bedroom was spacious and cleaned every day. Ensuite area could've been a bit more spacious as they could afford to take a bit of the bedroom area. Breakfast was plentiful with a good range to choose from. Location of the hotel is across the road from the main bus terminal and a five minute walk to the train station. The main restaurant/bars area is also a 5 minute walk. Although there isn't a bar in the hotel, there is a fridge in the reception area where you can purchase alcohol or soft drinks. The staff were friendly and the week spent in Troisdorf was a pleasant vacation. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The lift is very slow and does not go to all floors. This wasn't an issue for me but could be for the more immobile person.

Superb Breakfast)), I know you are supposed to rate the hotel, but the highlight of this place is Breakfast)). I think it is one of the best I tried. The coffee was so good. The hotel is good, I was in room 405 and it was a bit bizarre that I found a baby cot in the room, which I booked for one, but I just moved it away. The room is clean,had tea/coffee/water and a kettle. The room was facing the main road so it was a bit noisy but ok. I came on Sunday where you can park for free on the road just outside and I was lucky to find a space just outside the hotel. Not sure how much the parking cost for a day. The staff was friendly, easy to check in/check out. Nice touches, comfy beds.

Particularly in room 405 the bathroom was rather small(corner), so it would be tricky for a bigger person to maneuver.

Hotel a little old, but well preserved. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and two types of pillow, although with a slightly small bathroom. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a great variety of foods and drinks and magnificent attention from all the women who were there. Although it seems like a hotel basically for workers, it is a good option for sightseeing in the area, given that it is next to the railway station, where trains pass every 10 minutes to Köln (travel time about 25 minutes) and every half hour towards Klobenz. And it has a much better price than the hotels in Köln. A great value for money.

The wi-fi performance in my room (the one furthest from the router) was more than poor. Very difficult to work like this. Despite the general friendliness of the staff, not everyone was willing to understand that you are a foreigner and don't speak much German.

Great location in the very center of Troisdorf and near the train station. The building is old, but everything inside is modern, very well equipped and stuffed. The staff is very nice. Rather good soundproofing. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Big parking garage in a few meters from the hotel. Overall a very nice place to stay.

It has a rather unusual floor plan and an elevator goes just couple floors up. So if you stay in the 4xx or 5xx rooms - you will need to use stairs to get to your floor, which can be some problem if you have bulky or heavy luggage. And the bathroom is really tiny (though very well equipped).

Clean hotel, big rooms, very clear communication, good location. The rooms are quite well insulated, so the noise from outside doesn't bother you. We had harribo and ear plugs on the bedside table, which was a nice touch on their part. AC in the room is a big plus. The bathroom was clean, although small, but everything functioned properly. We had breakfast included, but we had to leave too early to take advantage of it.

We had a room where the AC was directly aimed at the head of the bed. During a heatwave (which is now happening frequently), when the temperature is 27-28 deg inside, you need it, but it's hard to use it due to its position as the cold air aims right at your heads, no matter how you try to position it. Perhaps a timer setting would help to make sure it shuts down without having to wake up to shut it off (it would be cost effective, too).

Definitely value for the money. Really cozy place, clean room, location really good close to bus/train station and shops/cafes, nice stuff. 25 mins away from Cologne center

A small refrigerator in the room would be great but in general no critical disadvantages for me.

We had to book this hotel last minute and arrived way earlier than the checkin time and even the breakfast time yet they were extremely accommodating. The staff were great - room was clean and cozy. The shower is a bit tight but not a big deal. Breakfast was pretty - not free but for a fee it was worth it.

Staff very friendly, rooms nice and clean, excellent breakfast with many choices of food and drink available. A group of 11 stayed here as a base for a table tennis tournament, it was the second time that we have used this hotel and hopefully will use it again next year.

Hotel worked very well for the airport and visiting Koln for a day. Aircon in room was very good and needed as the heat builds up during the day. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, cheap parking nearby, friendly staff, fully fledged 24h fitness for 4 EUR across the street, effective AC, great earplugs provided against noise, spacious room, very clean and in a great location.

The room doors are not very isolating against noise so you'll hear people talking outside the door or walking up the stairs. There are ear plugs provided against that which are actually surprisingly comfortable.
