The location was perfect for me as it's near the hospital where my husband was transferred from Walsrode. The room was comfortable, the internet was super fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food is good 👍

My room was on the upper floor and right next to the entrance door for the guests' rooms. It has a door hinge shutter and this would make a loud noise if you would just let it close by itself and that bothers me a lot as it's so noisy... I also had a weird experience right after I entered the room and rested for a while before I went for dinner as I was driving all the way from Stuttgart to Soltau hospital when someone tried to open the door without knocking and fortunately I locked it.. On the check out day I made an alarm to get up at 9:30am for breakfast.. I was woken up by a housekeeper at 9am opening the door without knocking and fortunately the door chain was attached.

Quiet and pleasant place, very accommodating staff, everything works according to good German hospitality standards.

Everything was super! Just wish we had a bit bigger breakfast buffet, also with gluten-free options. Hotel and staff was wonderful! Recommend this hotel any time!!

It’s very close to the station „Soltau Nord“ and the area is nice and quiet.

Location, as it was 5 min away from Heide Park, which was the reason for the visit. Plenty of parking space, nice staff.

The room lacked both air conditioning and proper ventilation, which made the stay quite uncomfortable given the 30°C temperatures. Additionally, during breakfast all windows and doors remained closed, resulting in a hot and poorly ventilated dining area. Breakfast itself could also be improved: no fresh fruits, artificial juices and instant/soluble coffee from a machine, which tasted really bad.

Hotel was calm and quiet, nice location near forest. Its not a hotel for a tourist that wants to see the sights but rather for someone needing a rest.

It was pretty worn down, but not in a bad way, just needs to be freshened up.
