The rooms were perfect, better than expected. It was easy to check in and pay for the room. The room had almost all facilities needed!

The beds were too hard to lay on. Our room was right out to the garden so lots of noise could be heard. Some proper cups could be nice to have.

Close to the motorway exit, free parking in front of the hotel. Very convenient to have a supermarket, pharmacy and gas station just next to the hotel. The appartment was spacious (7 beds for our family of 5) and clean.

There was some music that you could here downstairs, probably coming from the restaurant or bar.

A good place for a night or two. Nice rooms of decent size and a comfy bed. Did not eat here, but would have liked a kettle or coffee machine in the room. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Nothing serious, but be aware that the staff do not speak English. Most also didn't seem to service minded or welcoming.

It was the perfect place to stay the night on our way from Sweden to southern Germany. It is close to the highway and easy to find parking. The staff was able to be flexible at check in which was really nice.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and great rooms. The food and drinks was also really good! So I would absolutely live here again.

Only negative thing was that the fridge in the room was pretty loud, but nothing that dragged down the overall feeling.

This was a perfect location for us on a trip through Germany and on the way to Scandinavia. Bispingen is a very picturesque small town with several excellent restaurants, nice people, real ambiance in the local pubs. This hotel is a gem, we recommend it very highly: well-equipped, clean, comfortable. Great local wines and (as usual) good German beers.

Nice, clean hotel and comfortable beds. We were glad for the air conditioning. Good breakfast with lots of options, though I thought the breakfast was a little expensive at 13 euros per person and it was the same price for a 10 year old.

Very friendly staff, easy check-in. Perfect with restaurant in same building which served great and large portions of food to a reasonable price. Location is great for a nights stay when traveling. Pet friendly was a big plus.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was helpful and considerate.

Very good location in a small and nice town. Close to attractions, especially the Heidecastell Iserhatsche.
