OK, I have read a lot of bad review about this acommodation so I was ready for what I have learned. All in all you will get what you paid for. There is no staff at the desk but I had no problem to call and we solved all via phone. Everything worked. Even when I traveled alone, I got a very spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The courtains looked very wierd and there was no chance to shut them but after a moment I found a switch to put down the outdoor blind and then there was a nice dark in my room.

checking took a lot of time and instructions was send to my mobile phone in German even when I spoke with the owner in call in english - this could be improved, but in the end everyone has the acces to online translator, so it is not a big deal.

Breakfast was ok for its price.Location is perfekt to staying and visit of Heidepark.Absolutely perfekt to family with children-playground,terrace.little rabits.Cosy and still place.It was our second visit and we coming again next year.Spacy place in the houseAccording to its price.

It was a lot of spider in the house ,but its ok for me-I like nature)Need reparation and renovering.Staff speaking too bed english.It was difficult for us to cheek in -no staff on the reception,we shoul self pay for hotelet.

it’s a quiet location away from the street. big enough for a family of 4 (kids 3 and 5yo). it is really good value for the money. we were just traveling through and arrived in the evening and left in the morning. considering the low cost of the stay and that breakfast was included, it was great, despite the little negatives.

it is not super clean and the outside area is not at all well looked after. the playground has a lot of broken toys lying around but two perfectly well functioning slip and slides.

The size of the room and the breakfast was good. Beds very comfortable. Location great and the price/quality was good.

Wifi in the room was not very good and often did not connect. The outdoor area had lots of potential but was a bit limited. The room with the billiards had lots of "stuff" in the room which made it a bit cluttered. The reception was not there and you had to call to find out which room we had. Would have been nice to have some facility to cook or make tea in the evening.

Room had good size and a very nice bathtub. The most comfy beds i have ever had at a hotel

Carpets on floor is always not that nice Breakfast was very small selection without any greens. Allergenmarking was missing and no staff around to ask

Clean and spacious rooms, good location, good value for money in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Very simple (kindergarten) breakfast, no hairdryer, no shampoo. I kind of expected that when I saw the price.

Staff was vert pleasant and friendly. The great advantage for children- there were animals they can play with. Although garden facilities were not state-of-the-art, it was very comfortable to speed evening in the garden with cold beer. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Towels and cosmetics available. Breakfast on the good level, with good coffee and wide range of cold and warm food ( more warm dishes world be advantage)

Location off the beaten track

Some appliances have disappeared before our arrival and we were asked if we knew anything about it...no idea what happend to them.

Lovely location with plenty of stuff for the children to play with. Breakfast was nice. There was a bathtub! Though it didn't have a plug for it.

There were only simple curtains in the windows and therefore no way to block out the light.

I liked the animals around the garden. The bathroom was great with an impressive shower. Comfortable bed.

I couldn't find a plug to the bathtub. Also the wifi didn't work for me. I found some big spiders in the room. I let them live but I can imagine someone who is scared of spiders wouldn't like them.
