Great hôtel, clean and confortable. In the nice Park Forest place. Very clean sweeming pool and saunas. Not crowded. Good value for money The hotel is exceptional, offering a clean and comfortable stay. It is beautifully situated in the picturesque park/forest area, providing a serene and peaceful environment. The swimming pool is impeccably clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing swim. Additionally, the saunas are good to have as well for the end of the day chill moment. The hotel is not crowded, ensuring a tranquil experience. Overall, it provides excellent value for money, making it a highly recommended choice for travellers.

Great stay for a couple of days. Free delicious coffee all day everyday. Staff is super friendly and the play roomfor the kids is a big plus. Also walking distance to a great area for long walks through the forest. Close to town center where you'll find lovely restaurants (italian in town) and a great park for families.

Pool isn't warm enough (max. 27 degrees but even feels colder) and there is no pool area for kids. Breakfast is fine. They cater for lactose intolerant which is great and do offer various jogurts, müsli choices and different breads and stuff. Would not recommend the croissants and we were missing some more cheese or maybe fish. An omelet station would be amazing but it is complaining on a high level - they do offer variety.

Modern, quiet and spacey rooms. The staff was friendly, breakfast good. It is a very quiet location. Good value for the price.

There was only one EV charger working. The pool and spa-area is a little bit dated, but OK.

Great hotel. Nice business facilities, but also nice SPA area and in a wood-like region, so great to sleep in silence.

There was a confusion in the payment, so that they charged my card twice (I had already paid in booking). But all was clarified quite quickly upon my complaint and the staff was kind.

The room was clean, asked for a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and they kindly provided it. The sauna was good, pool size very good.

There was only 1 towel for 2 people to begin with, no slippers for spa (maybe shouldn’t expect it for 3 stars). the buffet was good for breakfast, but dinner seemed expensive with little choice.

We stayed in this hotel because of proximity to Heide adventure park. It was probably about 7 min drive which was very convenient. Hotel situated in the forest, green, with lots of activities to do. Room very clean. Breakfast and dinner had great buffet offers , one could choose to sit inside or outside. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable room . The staff is very cooperative. Room space. The cleanliness for the room is super. Very cute hotel.

Food. The evening buffet was 1) expensive 2) meat cooked to death (dry, uneatable!) 3) ice cream ran out and was not replaced.50/50
