Comfy mattresses , comfy pillows (even though not all covers fit them well) Extra blankets Warm, clean room and bathroom Great electronic blinds on the windows , to keep the morning sun from blinding you Good shower Quiet location Friendly staff Great to have the car parking space at the rear of the hotel. Good selection of food and teas at breakfast, (though the taste of the coffee was poor. I used my instant coffee from home and poured hot water on). Lovely soft boiled eggs! We walked about 5 minutes into Straelen till we found a grill bar with great value good food (fab salads!) and friendly staff , where the dog was also welcome.

The towels would be nicer, fresher after a hotter wash. They weren't as fresh as the usual white hotel towels. The liquid hand soap was very drying to the skin. It Would have been nice to have a water bowl somewhere for the dog, since they are dog friendly. Noisy floor when walking on it Some areas smelling of smoke Would be nice to have a street map of the town to walk out with

The staff are super friendly and helpful, really clean room and good location for what i needed.

It is above a pub so whilst noise is to be expected, there was unfortunately someone stumbling around at about 3am which woke me up. The pillows are not the best.

Perfect location for a lovely town. Clean comfortable and good value . Staff were lovely. Comfortable one night stay on motorcycle trip.

There is a bar and a restaurant neither of which were open. Still dint u derstand why.

Friendly hosts, spoke English, allowed me to check in early. Room had space, bathroom/toilet was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Straelen is a nice city, easy access to Netherlands.

The bed was not that comfortable.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Both were spaciouse for a one person room and the room had a nice desk with a decent chair. The wifi was very decent and easy to connect to

The walls where very thin, with a lot fo people traveling for work and waking up early, it was very noisy in the early morning ( 5:00 AM). Slamming doors and stair climbing people and about 5 alarms of other people woke me up earlly. The smell in the hallway was not pleasant.

Very cute and traditional stay. Received a warm welcome, also didn't mind we couldn't check out at 10:00 exactly, which is always appreciated.

Lamp in our room (26) was very dim, that's about it.

On the roadside

the staff are fantastic and the food was very special indeed. the rooms are fine and warm and basic. safe place under lock and key for bike to be parked too.

It's very calm place close to the centre of Straelen. It's rather modest, but still comfortable and definitely perfectly clean. Breakfast was decent.

Gasthof zum Siegburger is definitely not fancy place, but it would be daring to expect something like that in Straelen anyway.
