The location is very nice and fairly easy to reach. Check in is easy, but a bit crowdy, some times. The room is large and has most things you might require for a short stay. The beds ar ok, but a touch too soft. Breakfast is basic, but ok. Dinner is also ok and at decent prices. Drinks also. What makes the difference is the direct and unlimited access to the SPA.

Perfect facility with access to the thermal pools, great location for walking and hiking, great food choices, clean and spacious rooms and amazing staff.

We liked everything about the facility. No complaints at all.

Big room, comfy mattrasses, great breakfast, and as cherry on the caky you can use the spa&sauna on arrival day (I believe from 15:00) and departure day (till 12:30). Great VFM, especially on weekdays.

Lovely modern hotel, comfy beds, huge rooms, lovely clean shower. In the foyer there was a bar where we could have a beer in the evening. The price of the hotel included free access to the Thermalbad.Arcen which we made use of.

very dim and cold lights in the room. the walls all painted dark grey or black was not to my taste.

There was a noisy airconditioning unit that was overwhelmingly loud. The rooms did not have fridge. There were days the room was not cleaned. At breakfast, most of the fruit had been frozen making it taste like cardboard.
