Great location close to the town centre. Plenty of free parking. A warm welcome with friendly, helpful staff who tried their best to speak in English to us. Bed was comfortable, room was warm and shower was powerful. Breakfast was OK, enough choice for us. We had dinner in the Restaurant one evening and it was very good (they had English menus too), the Risotto was delicious as was the Schnitzel.

It’s a little dated in some areas but absolutely fine.

A very clean hotel, well located, good customer service. Comfortable beds. Good choice of food for breakfast - buffet, self service. Highly recommended.

Only one thing - I messaged the hotel about my gluten free diet, as i have Celiac, to ask if it's possible to get a GF bread for breakfast. The answer was positive. But there was no GF bread for me when the time came. Fortunately I had my own bread in the car, so I brought it for breakfast.

Nice stay for one night. We got a room that hadn’t been refurbished but it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff.

Little bit chilly in room so could have benefited from a spare blanket, and a kettle in the room would have made our stay perfect.

I've been here 3 years ago and i was very disappointed because nobody was speaking english. This time i had no problem at all, everybody was speaking the needed english and the communication has been very easy! Well Done!!! great improvement !!!

Location good and easy to find in Straelen. Check-in and out was quick and easy with no surprises. The Hotel has plenty of parking space. Room was clean and comfortable and had a useful mini bar/fridge. The toilet was in a separate room to the bathroom. Bath robes were also available in the room which we thought was a nice touch. The food and drink in the restaurant was very good, and so was the service. Breakfast was superb with an amazing choice of hot and cold buffet food

The risotto had almost no taste, very fade, and the room of the restaurant is very noisy as soon as there's a group.

same excellent lever of service as usual. This time I ran into a small technical issue with my booking, which the receptionist quickly solved, with great professionalism & kindness.

I really liked how spacious my room was, and the fact that there are wellness facilities (sauna, Jacuzzi) that guests can use free of charge. The restaurant downstairs has great options a la carte. Breakfast was ok

The restaurant has delicious buttery asparagus on the menu, sourced from farms in the area. The restaurant seemed popular with locals as well. The hotel looks quite picturesque. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. It's an exceptionally dog friendly place as well.

The town itself was rather industrial. Fortunately the hotel itself is next to a lovely park.

The breakfast was nothing special, but lunch and dinner were very good. Nice out-door serving
