It's an absolutely fabulous designed Hotel, Very spacious room with a fantastic shower room. But not only the inside is fabulous, the outside of the hotel is impressive also. It is just stunning.

I loved it all from the beginning to the end. The staff went beyond their normal duties and managed to squeeze us in in a fully booked restaurant and the meal was very good.

Lovely high-ceilinged room. Easy walking distance to the centre.

At 7:10 am I called reception using the number from the web site and an electronic voice asked me to type in a PIN number! Small plastic bottles instead of a dispenser - out of date, plastic waste! Also unexpected amount of road noise, amplified because it was wet - had to close the window. Had to walk through rain to get to breakfast (disadvantage of the annex, presumably compensated by lower price).

According to the description, the hotel had a lift. As I was moving with crutches, this was very important to me. However, at my arrival I was informed that my room was in the older part of the building which had no lift. I had to pay extra to get a room in the part of the building where lift was available. I believe this was unfair.

Very friendly staff, nice architecture, great location, comfortable bed. It is a nice detail that they offer you a hot drink with your stay - I was surprised to be able to get a very nice cappuccino with plant-based milk.

I could hear other guests in the corridor, which woke me up.

Food was delicious in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at the Villa several times and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed the Villa.

They ran out of soap a couple of days, but I had my own so no big deal. A couple of days they forgot to leave towels, but that was resolved when I went to get them.

very close to the train station, near a park, not far from the center of the city. Quiet, good Italian restaurant.

Not the best pillows and unfortunately a very poor breakfast.

Location was perfect across from train station and a few minute walk to centre. The rooms were spacious, modern and well appointed. on-site restaurant was excellent. Morning breakfast was lovely and atmosphere relaxed. Staff always friendly,helpful and courteous.

Well, we were upgraded from the old building to the new, so had a room we didn't expect. Funky, especially the shower :-). VERY helpful staff.

The location is great. The new rooms are modern and clean. In general I really like it.

The old rooms are a bit noisy and too bright from street lights.
