Dear Hotel Theresientor Management, I want to thank you for a very enjoyable and fun stay. I was traveling with my 89-year-old mother and brother. Your staff was exceptionally accommodating, welcoming, kind and considerate. Especially Daniela, Claudia, all the other front desk girls (I didn’t catch their names), as well as the breakfast attendants. Every day we were greeted with warm welcoming smiles and greetings. We were even given hugs as we said our goodbyes on our last day. Thank you for making us feel like family. My mother had several needs that were instantly met such as providing a bathtub mat, a bathrobe and ice for her knees (she has very bad knees). She also had a special coffee request in the morning. Her coffee was always ready and waiting for her at breakfast. One morning the hotel manager was helping in the breakfast room. She brought the coffee to my mother with kindness and smiles. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, clean and inviting. The mini bar was stocked with wine, beer, pop, water, juice, etc. The air conditioning was great. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The hotel also has a cute upper balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the city center. In the evening, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. The hotel also had a wonderful underground parking garage. The city center is right outside the hotel front door and the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I can’t wait to visit again.

I have no complaints.

The hotel is perfectly sited at the end of the long main street/ market place.The rooms are of generally high standard with excellent aircon,and good beds. Breakfast is of the highest standard,especially in respect of the tea. This is my third stay here.

There were no tea making facilities in the room.I would expect a bath in a four star hotel.

Nice hotel in a central location - a choice of restaurants is available within a few minutes' walk. The room was comfortable and the hotel offered a good choice in the breakfast buffet. No complaints at all!

The room was spacious and well equipped,with just a few deficiencies.Breakfast was excellent ,and in a pleasant first floor room with a good view..The hotel had a convenient location at rhe the end of the main street,but is not noisy.The bathroom is of a high standard,with a proper basin .There was no bath,but at least the shower had a proper enclosure.

In contrast to the room we had on a previous stay,this one was (104)subject to annoyance from early morning sun - the curtains were unlined, and the switches for external electric blinds were connected to a dangling cable;no blinds were fitted! The pillows provided are inadequate, and the duvet covers for the twin beds are inadequate in length and width.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, big and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Really exceptionell.

No kettle in the room.

The location is ideal: right at one end of the town‘s pedestrian-only shopping and dining street. I requested a quiet room, and my room‘s sound-proofing was really put to the test because my stay was on the first night of the annual Spring Festival, when hundreds of people converged on the pedestrian area to eat, drink, mingle, and enjoy live outdoor entertainment. Even though my room was not far from all this activity, I was barely aware of it and slept very well. Breakfast was generous, including hot dishes (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs). One of the servers at breakfast saw me considering the selection of cakes and said she‘d get me something special. She brought me a piece of excellent,fresh cheesecake!

My only disappointment is that there is no in-house lounge or restaurant.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, covered parking and is in a convenient location.

Needed a little maintenance in the bathroom. But it was repaired the next day.

Location is perfect, Perfect for visiting the beautiful city center, zoo or restaurants in the evening. Easy parking.

I would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

I have been at Hotel Theresientor before so I knew about the central location and great breakfast. Great value for price!
