The rooms were spacious, which was great since we were traveling with kids. We had to book two rooms, and they were able to place us very close to each other. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Although the cleanliness was generally good, it seemed like the rooms hadn't been deep cleaned properly. Upon entering, there was a stuffy smell, possibly indicating that the carpets needed cleaning. We had to open the window as it felt like the room wasn't properly ventilated. Additionally, while the bathroom appeared very clean, it didn't feel thoroughly disinfected

During my two-day stay at Niu Hotel in Stuttgart, I had a mixed experience. The hotel's location wasn't the best, lacking nearby restaurants and markets. However, its proximity to the train station, just five minutes away, was convenient for transportation. The standout feature was the friendly reception staff, particularly Ali, who made me feel welcome and attended to my needs. The room itself was a highlight – clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was especially impressive, with its amazing features. While the hotel's location might be a drawback for some, the positive aspects of the stay, including the welcoming staff and well-appointed rooms, made for a comfortable visit.

The modern rooms were well-designed and comfortable, offering a stylish, clean aesthetic. Traveling by car, I appreciated the paid underground parking, which provided peace of mind knowing my car was saf. Another highlight was the view of the nearby vineyards. The hotel is a perfect blend of convenience and comfort, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Superb breakfast, great neighbourhood. Professional and kind staff. Bar open very late (all night?), so you can get some drinks and nibbles even at night. Very well insulated doors and windows, even the walls are thicker than in many places, you can hardly hear the neighbours. Wireless speaker for your phone, several wall charging options, very modern hotel with stylish design. Parking spaces underground (paying, EUR 20 /night), huge by today's standards.

the glasses in the bathroom could have been cleaner but that's the single downside

I like the hotel’s very aesthetic and modern design. It truly gives off high end, urban vibes! Feuerbach is only 2 train stations away from the main station in Stuttgart, which means the location is also pretty good.

I didn’t bring any of my own bathroom essentials with me because I was expecting to find toiletries like body lotion, hair conditioner etc. in the bathroom, but unfortunately the hotel only offers a 3in1 body, face and hair wash. It also would be great to give people the opportunity to screen share content from their devices to the TV without having to use paid apps like Miracast.

New hotel, reasonably priced. Super friendly staff. The hotel breakfast was excellent and there were even gluten free options (I was super happy about this as it’s not often they are provided in places) The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to travel in to the city centre on the tram.

The room was very well furnished. The check-in was super nice, as we arrived earlier than expected and still were checked in. One of the best things was the breakfast spread. Have to admit, perhaps one of the best breakfast spreads I have encountered. Also super close to public transport, and thus makes movement super easy.

Nice location. New good looking rooms. Breakfast selection is not that big but you can get the basics needed for breakfast. Coffee was bad but tea was exceptional! Also very friendly stuff, especially one Ukrainian man meeting us at the breakfast area.

it´s 3rd time we stay at niu form hotel and for sure we will come back in the future, the room is not big but we had everything we pretty needed, and everything was "niu" :), the location is not in the center of the city but to get there is very easy with the metro and pretty fast. And we enjoyed our free drinks :D

a smaller wardrobe would be great to have it, sometimes the hangers are not enough
