Excellent location in a pleasant neighbourhood, close to the U-Bahn that can quickly take you to the centre of the city or else to the Mercedes-Benz Museum and VfB Stuttgart stadium. Our room was a good size with a fine view, and very quiet. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb, with a broad choice of tasty foods to choose -- even for vegetarians! Front-desk staff are friendly and helpful. Parking was in a secure underground garage directly under the hotel. We very much enjoyed every aspect of this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The location was very good. It is close to a tram station and it is easy to get into the city. The room is a good size. The bathroom is also good with a walk-in shower. The toom also has tea and coffee with a kettle. The parking is also good. €17 is a bit expensive but understandable in the city. Unfortunately, the nice restaurant that was here for lunch and dinner is gone. They have a limited menu for snacks. There is a vending machine also.

The pressure on the shower is terrible. I think it is for water saving, but it is a misty stream instead of nice big drops. The tram also goes by outside most of the rooms and could bother some people. It didn't bother us.

A solid hotel with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The building is spacious, and there’s convenient on-site parking. Our room was clean and adequately sized. Blackout curtains were also a great bonus — we slept really well. Breakfast was modest but satisfying. The location is excellent — the metro station is right next to the hotel, making it very easy to reach both the city center and the Mercedes-Benz Museum in just a few stops.

There was no fridge in the room, and the wardrobe was quite small — fine for a short stay, but not ideal if you’re traveling with more clothes or staying longer.

Good place to stay if you want to enjoy quiet area and eco environment. It has a mineral bath nearby. The hotel close to the tram station and just few stops to the Mercedes museum and the city. The hotel room was clean and the reception staff were helpful and customer friendly. Thank you for pleasant stay.

No disposable sleepers for guests existed in room which was unusual for this level of hotel. The reception offered to buy disposal sleepers from front desk. The TV in the room was out of work for entire stay. As per the reception respond on this issue because of cristmass holiday the repairement was not available. As per their explanation something happened wrong in whole TV system of the hotel. However, even after holidays the TV was not repaired.

The location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and you will feel very safe even at night. We went for walks in the neighborhood every night, and it felt very safe even for a very anxious person like myself. There is a metro station 2 mins from the hotel which is very convenient. If i remember correctly, you can take the metrou until the middle of the night. To save money on transportation and attractions, you can get the city card, and you get free unlimited transportation in the entire region. There are also pools and mineral baths across the street, and the admission is free with the Stuttgart city card, so make sure to bring your bathing suit if you want to go there. There is also a small park right next to the hotel, which, for me, is a plus. One major advantage of this hotel in the summer is the AC. We went in August when there was a heat wave, so it felt really nice to be able to sleep in a cool room.

No complaints tbh

We stayed at the hotel for two days and had a generally pleasant experience. There were a lot of positives: the parking area was spacious, the hotel’s location is great too—just a short walk to the S-bahn, overall the place was clean, and my room was pretty big, which was a nice surprise. The room and bathroom were clean. Overall, considering the reasonable price, I’d say it’s a decent option if you’re staying in Stuttgart. A few small improvements and better maintenance would make it even better!

We arrived a bit late, around midnight, and the check-in process wasn’t the smoothest. They asked to put our credit card details down on paper, which felt a bit old-fashioned and not very secure. Also, we couldn't use our debit card for the payment, they insisted on credit card. The guy at the reception didn’t seem very knowledgeable, which didn’t help the situation. On top of that, the parking fee was a bit on the expensive side (17EUR per day) and my room had a slight smell that wasn’t too pleasant.

The location is strategic in terms of public transportation. Large room and bathroom, comfortable beds. We were hosted in an accessible room, which had all accommodations for a person with physical disability. We accidentally triggered an emergency button and an attendant immediately knocked at our door. Sorry, man, we were trying to turn the side bed light on ... But the golden medal goes to the manager who was kind and understanding in resolving a need I had upon arrival.

No complaints.

This is a normal 3* hotel, but certainly one that is closer to 4* than anything below. Really comfy rooms, OK staff, pretty good breakfast - and most importantly excellent location. (easily accessible both from the Arena as well as from the city centre )

Some staff were either new, or probably in extreme long shifts - hence some processing took a little longer. Nothing too bad though and they always offered their best help which made a really good impression. The bar was a bit shorthanded - both from staff as well as from a supply perspective. No food offered at all during evenings.

Good location for access to U2 tram into Stuttgart. Beds good, had a wonderful sleep. Excellent bakery very near. Pretzels were delicious and a good selection of other bakery items.

Receptionist on arrival didn't speak many words in English at all. No bottled water in the room. But they would give you some if you signed up for the premier inn loyalty card. View out the window onto the tram lines and the power plant across the river.

The property is immaculate and the staff are amazing. You will be amazed at what you get at this price. Very modern and almost boutique like in the reception/dining/ seating areas. I HIGHLY recommend. The Ubahn is literally 1 minutes away so you have instant transportation to wherever you need to go. A local bakery at the corner for early morning coffee and treats. I would give this place an 11 if I could.

Nothing. I will say the double twin rm has a small bathroom and the shower isn’t exactly relaxing but it does the job.
