Very convenient for Cannstatter Wasen (less than 10-minute walk). The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It included a large bathtub with a good shower over it, and a separate toilet. There was a dishwasher with plenty of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dish towel, sponge, microfibre cloth and 4 complementary coffee pods for the machine. More pods could be purchased from reception but we did not, because there was also an excellent self-service coffee machine, free of charge, available at any time in the lobby. I requested extra pillows when I booked and they happily arranged this for me - my bed had 4 huge pillows and 2 smaller cushions and was very comfortable. My daughter slept on the double sofa bed, which was also comfortable and had 2 huge pillows and 2 cushions. Reception was staffed 24 hours a day. All staff members that we encountered, from reception staff to the cleaning team, were friendly, polite and helpful. One small issue on our first day was quickly resolved. We used the self-service guest laundry - machines looked new and worked well (€6 each for washer and dryer, €2 for laundry detergent if you don’t bring your own). They had a "library" of appliances (e.g. toasters, air fryers, cordless vacuum cleaners) next to reception, which guests could borrow without charge.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The selection of breakfast items was very good. The rooms were very clean. I also appreciated that there was a small fitness room available for guests.

The safe in the room was locked when we entered the room, and there was no one who could open it for us until the next day, after we had checked out. Also, the scrambled eggs were dried out. Furthermore, it was not clear at first where to park. This could be better marked. The hotel is on a one-way street, so we had to go back into the traffic to go around and get to the parking garage.

Extremely comfortable studio with all the cooking utensils you need. Everything worked well and were left needing nothing else. The fitness room was very handy and plenty of places to explore nearby. Excellent spots for runs/ walks. Free parking on the road. All staff were super friendly and we very helpful whenever I need additional support with stuff like pending documents and recommendations. I ended up extending for another week. Would highly recommend the place

I really liked apartment. It’s newly opened. I liked the complementary tea, filtered water, free snacks, infused water and kids corner in the lobby. The apartment has everything you need. It has a dishwasher, bathtub, comfortable bed, pillows and covers. There’s also a washer and dryer next to the lobby that cost 6€ each to use.

Nice and new property with all amenities needed for a family! The cleanliness is top class and location is very good, in fact nice public transportation to city center and close to Mercedes museum !! There is an also a nice mall with 10 min walk !!! Due to construction the drive can be a bit confusing using google or Waze app. , but just take a round about the red lights and you are there!! Parking is free so icing on the cake !!!

Everything is brand new and in a newly built neighborhood. Spacious, comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, very nice reception area, great noise insulation. Kitchenette has everything you could need.

Quite a bit of walk to nearest public transport, shops, restaurants. No point having Nespresso machine with insufficient coffee pods, sugar and milk.

Well furnished esp.Kitchen.Rooms are neat. Hotel is very close to public transport.

Underground Parking is currently free but soon will charge 20 euros per day. Outside parking on the street is free of cost, but sometimes it's difficult to find a place.

Thw hotel is loctead in the very new building - everything was clean, comfortable and quiet.Underground parking still under construction but is for free. I could cancel my booking at 18:00 of the day of the attival. Reception works 24 hours iChevk in was very quick.

Everything was fantastics .... the room, the facilities, even the art in the hallways was entertaining ... We really enjoyed using this as a base for Wasen ... just a 4 min walk away.

The rooms where perfect . The breakfast again was just what we needed with a great mix for the family. The location is perfect for the stadium. With the trams being so close and amazing in Stuttgart it was a doddle to make the most of our 48hours in Stuttgart
