Breakfast could have some more variety like veggies (only cucumber was offered) , coffee/cappuccino was good in taste but not hot enogh - just warm -pitty. Brought this fact to the attention of the staff ( owner we think) but the next day there was no improvement. Food in their restaurant/pizzeria - Bella Italia - is very good and fairly priced. We visited the Black forest Line bridge (spanning 450m above Todtnau Waterfall) . Awesome and lots of trails to hike plus we got the Guest card at the Hotel and benefitted from free entrance to the bridge (€9 each) .

Parking is some 200 metres away although there is nearby parking for free Sundays.

The room was wonderful with grotto and/or Roman like details and complete with just about everything you can wish for. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty basic but complete for what we expect.

It was hard to find the hotel entrance (it is to the side of an Italian Restaurand). And we ran out of hot water (for the jacuzzi), but other than that everything was wonderful

We didn't stay in the hôtel because there was some issues in the room, no way to fix it quickly and no other room available. But the crew has done all of what was possible to fix the situation and offered us accompagnement to find another place to stay. They of course didn't charge us. Wanted to share because despite the misfortune, the expérience could have been much worse.

The staff were all very kind. They also manage the restaurant which is excellent. The room was spacious and we had a view of the beautiful church. The location is excellent.

This was a cute hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness was very good, and the breakfast had enough variety to meet our needs and preferences.
