Super central location. We walked 2 minutes from the bus stop at the central station and when we went on the nearby punting boats, we walked another 5 min. A shop is right round the corner and so is the Neckarmüller. I used to live in Tübingen and still have relatives and friends there but wanted to bring my partner and friends from the UK over for my birthday celebrations. We booked a mix of single and one double apartment and the location was perfect. We couldn't quite believe how smart, well equipped and modern the apartments were. The beds were also super comfy and we particularly liked the green curtain of trailing plants and climbers on the inner courtyard. Everything was squeaky clean and we even loved the smell of the shower gel and shampoo. Most amazing experience. We'd all like to come again.

Very central location, very clean and staff was accommodating (I had asked for ironing board and kitchen utensils beforehand). I read other reviews complaining about the check in procedure but I disagree, the instructions in the email are very clear and clear and you do not have to download an app to check in. Very clear instructions how to code key card at the property.

The main gate was constantly left open by other visitors in the evening which did not feel good from a safety perspective. Also the gate made a terrible noise which could easily be fixed! Lastly - which is not the property’s fault so to say - but the location is very central with noisy people (summertime) in the streets and the big store next to it (Zinser) will offload goods 6:45am in the mornings. I slept with the window open and had to use ear plugs to be able to sleep, but I was also prepared for that it might be noisy.

The rooms are very comfy and it's in a very ideal location.

There are no instructions for things in the room, like a control panel by the door that had no instructions and I had no idea what the 6 buttons where used for. The induction stove was apparently locked, no instructions, and so I had to go get help to figure out that I need to long press the lock button to unlock to use it. Might not be a problem for experiences users, but that was my first induction cooktop like that. The washer and especially the dryer are scams. The Washer did a sub par job at cleaning my clothes, and after 1.5hrs in dryer my clothing was still wet and I had to pay again for another 1.5hr of dying which ended up failing and stopping fully after 20min.

Very centrally located around the corner from the main station and on the way to the city center. The self-service check-in and check-out procedures were easy and quick. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the relatively large desk. There was even a discount for the bakery just outside the front gate. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a business trip or other solo visit to the city.

Although I personally haven't used the kitchenette, a couple of basics like a cutting board, knife, scissors and a tea towel would be welcome additions.

Excellent location between train station and the old town. Convenient online check-in. Perfectly clean spacious apartment with living room, kitchinette , coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, toaster, etc. and all the kitchen implements , bedroom and bathroom. Good firm matress and pillows, good quality bed and bathroom linen. Well kept grounds, small terraces, quiet location.

The bedside reading lamps cannot be turned on or off without getting up.

Clean as always and the newly renovated rooms feature an armchair which is a nice addition but comes at the cost of a desk.

No desk anymore in the room to work. A notification said that the construction work and renovation is scheduled between 10am and 5pm to minimize the noise and disturbance of guests. However, at 7/7:30 am someone started hammering, screwing and drilling in rooms close enough to mine so that I woke up.

The studio is quiet, clean and very spacious. The interior is modern and even though very minimalistic, it features all amenities you need. Probably a good place to stay for a longer term if they give you a good deal. We also liked the location, only a short walk to the old city center. Appreciated the late check-out at noon.

Online check-in was quite easy, but we found there were way too many emails upfront with too long explanations. In the end we struggled finding the right email with the necessary information in able to get the room cards. One email would have done. There was a bad smell every now and then coming probably from the pipes in the bathroom. All in all we would say it was a little overpriced for just one night in Tübingen with no service, no breakfast and no parking.

1. Clean, minimalist room. 2. One of each necessity: electric kettle, mug, pan, pot, spatula, spoon, fork, teaspoon, knife, cutting board, dish soap, sponge, bowl, plate, dish, shampoo, body wash, body cream, towels, hairdryer. I could live here. 3. Great heating in the room and shower. 4. TV with Netflix was appreciated. 5. Washing machines were available. 6. Housekeeping only on the 5th day, that’s fine I like my privacy. 7. Great location near the Neckarinsel park, Marketplatz old town, bus terminal, plenty of restaurants and shopping options. 8. Quiet and peaceful.

1. Self check in was badly designed. Please improve UX. 2. PIN 5123 provided on Booking.com did not work. 3. My driver had to speak over the phone in German to a guy who didn’t speak English well on a weekend. 4. Credit card needed OTP so phone with 4G was needed. 5. Instructions to log in to hotel Wifi were unclear. Please consolidate all instructions on the interactive screen instead of pasting signs all over the wall. 6. Programming the card was also never ending. In the end, I took the card off the reader although it said that it hasn’t finished programming yet. Thank goodness the card worked. 7. TERRIBLE DEFLATING FLAT PILLOWS. Bring your own. 8. Hints of cigarette smell from other rooms.

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed to be happy including fast reliable internet. The central location was also very convenient. I also really enjoyed the 20% Brotzeit breakfast discount at the bakery next door.

The shower is not separated from the bathroom, which is great for accessibility but the wet bathroom floor after showering was not my favourite.

That I was able to leave my bags at reception before check-in. The room was cosy, had a desk and the deco was modern and there were many available outlets. The kitchenette was well equipped.

Wasn't aware of the laundry room until i checked out. I was only leaving in the evening and would've liked to leave my luggage there for a few hours, but there wasn't anyone at reception I could ask.
