Check in was possible online but the PC did not read the QR code generated, so I had to use the one Computer screen available in the reception area. Suggest to 1. Have more than one PC screen to check in 2. Install a proper QR code reader 3. Explain in the welcome email more clearly what to expect on arrival, e.g. that you are supposed to print your own room access card

Clean room, nice shower, comfortable bed

There was no first aid kit, no iron, even when I asked those who cleaned the room, they could not find an iron, I am not a fan of contactless registration , location is rather far from the center, but the district is lovely and quite , very early room service , at 8:30 I always needed to get up to say that I am not ready , would be more practice after 11 or 12 …

Great Rooms. Very Clean. You can open a giant door for fresh air. Modern bathrooms and seamless check-in/out. Great fridge and kitchen in the room. Located in a very quiet area for a good night sleep.

No AC, no shade during the day outside. It would be great to have some shade in the beautiful outdoor seating area. Parking situation could be better.

Very thoughtfully designed rooms with very high quality amenities. You can see the attention to detail everywhere.

Rooms could be more soundproof. Also it gets kind of hot during the summer; Germans don't like AC for some reason, but a ceiling/standing fan would go a long way.

No staff, check-in via QR code, etc. There is a small kitchen with dish-washing machine, but I was not able to find the dishes, spoons, forks. I didn't need it, anyway.

Homely feel. Comfortable, clean, cool, good views, relaxing and quiet. Sustainable. Checked in online and used phone as key. Bakery and restaurants nearby. Good bus connections to town. Close to hills and forests towards Bebenhausen.

Requires a bus to reach from town (3,4 & 5 connections are good and all stop within a few hundred metres of hotel at stops called Horemer and Maria-von-Linden Straße).

I was honestly surprised. The rooms are quite large, lots of storage space, well thought out. Really clean. Downstairs you can get all you like for cooking, plus drinks and snacks. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is quite new. Check in worked easily. I’ve stayed at four star places that were much worse.

Housekeeping to clean room did not show up as I woke up around noon and when I saw her I was informed that too will be done next day you need to have one HK for afternoon shift
