It’s amazingly clean and well located close to the beach and supermarket, the breakfast it’s really nice. The bed was comfortable

I added the information that I was travelling with my dog in the Booking reservation AND additional link that the hotel sent to me. When doing the check in the person in the reception debated with me that I didn’t notify about the dog, and therefore they hadn’t the correct room for us (but they let us stay there anyway) - which I didn’t appreciate bc not our fault that the system doesn’t work properly. In addition, the cost of the dog per night went from 19 to 22 different from what I agree in the online form.

The room was extremely clean. We were on the first floor where the wellness area is located. It was so nice to get into to pool or sauna quickly. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast was so good too, a lot of fish options as well. Overall experience was fantastic for a short stay.

The staff were extremely helpful. We had two small children with us and they were welcomed too at the hotel. The swimming pool was great especially on the colder day. The apartment is an excellent option for families as you can cook your own food and make drinks. The hotel is situated near to the beach and a great climbing activity.

Rooms and apartment were comfortable, clean, well-equipped. Restaurant on-site. For longer stays and people with cars, the hotel is very good.

Didn't realise the location required taking a ferry from Warnemünde (or huge detour via a tunnel). Difficult to book a taxi to depart early in morning - had to leave very early as taxi company did not think any driver would agree to take the assignment during rush hour.
