Luxurious hotel with great sea- and river-views from the rooms. The spa complex with saunas was fantastic. Breakfasts were lavish.

Not a kid-friendly hotel. We were allowed to come even to the shallow swimming pool for children only 2 hours (!) a day, 1 hour in the morning, and 1 in the afternoon. The lady unkindly asked us to go away in the evening. Our children were terribly disappointed. What is going on in the 50-cm-deep pool when children are not there? Are adults expected to enjoy the 1-m-high slope there?

The reception staff was very friendly and supportive! The kids club was amazing, and they took so good care of our daughter and all the other kids. Also the short notice “nanny” service was highly appreciated and our daughter had a lot of fun. Food in Brasserie was excellent and the pool/ spa is exceptionally!!! Kids club and spa is probably the best we have ever experienced in many countries! When we are in Rostock we always have a getaway to YHD!

The personnel could be better trained. All staff is very friendly! But especially the personnel in the restaurant need a bit coaching. But overall, this is not really a critics but rather a recommendation to focus on. Again, the personnel is very friendly! Regarding the facility: Everything is absolutely amazing. Only the hotel beach is kind of less quality, compared to the general Warnemünde beach.

Location and sauna

The restaurants steak one and pizza ones were both awful Staff no interest in serving and Lidl do much better fried fish than we had. Very expensive and not worth the money

Loved the location, the spa was awesome, loved the fresh flowers everywhere (at the reception, in the room, on the tables), live music in the evening. Great restaurant selection.

A bit pricey.

Location, spa, beachfront and marina

The time limit for children to swim in the indoor pool….two times: 10-11am and then 15-16:00 and for the price, this is a deal breaker for us. Our kids should be allowed to swim longer, if it has to be limited, then make it a set time like 11-3pm. This could leave the early morning and late afternoon to evening timeframe open for adults to swim. Also, the restaurants had slow service, not enough staff perhaps because we waited a long time for drinks and then once we ordered our food, the wait time for food to arrive at the table was almost an hour.

Quality of room, spa, location and food

Lack of warmth and friendliness from staff. Treated like a business relation rather than a customer. Unfortunately this takes away part of the amazing benefits of the property

After an extremely stressful overnight train journey preceded by a totally unprepared flight cancellation, my wife and I were delighted by the friendly greeting and warm hospitality of the staff at this hotel. They immediately found an available room, despite that it was before noon, for which we were most grateful after our tiring journey. Nothing was too much trouble.

Access to the hotel was only available by a ferry across the harbour.

Room quality as well as bath room quality was excellent. The location is wonderful, and both the restaurant (Fish & Beef) and the breakfast buffet were excellent.

the link between the names of the residences in the garage and the numbers on the map. It would be better if the number of the residence on the map, was linked in the indications in the underground garage.

Absolutely amazing place , haven’t been at the spa but the bathroom is a spa itself ! Luxurious details in the room , lovely sight on the harbour . Delicious breakfast !

The Spa was very tranquil and relaxing.

To have to look for a table at breakfast. Would be nice to be seated rather than walking around looking for a vacant table.
