Located just 5 minutes from the railway station the rooms are nice and they are modern. Staff were very helpful. The entry instructions for out of hours reception were very clear.

Arriving late meant a digital entry process so no in-person welcome, so it is best to ensure they know when you are expected to arrive..

Location was excellent. I needed somewhere close to the Port to meet our Cruise Ship and I couldn’t have gotten any closer. 5 minute walk from the train station. Room was fantastic and clean. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast the following morning was excellent. There was even Prosecco available!! I can’t recommend the hotel enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Stairs at the entrance are very inclined. However, most mention the fact that there is an outside lift.

Excellent location. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Tasty options for vegetarians and vegans as well. Very comfortable, spic and span room.

My ground floor room did not have much of a view.

Location was perfect - so easy to get to and from the railway and cruise ship.
