Very modern and very clean and sharp, I particularly liked the bathroom and the argon oil body wash and hand wash. I didn't try breakfast, so I can not comment on that. The bar serves coffee all day and mainly gin but I was given a lovely lemon non-alcoholic cocktail. They were very welcoming of my pet dog, who was travelling with me and provided a blanket and food and water bowl for her. The location was right in the centre of the old town within walking distance of major museums, the theatre and the many shops, cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of Italian ice cream parlours and restaurants as well.

My room was a bit dark. I think this was due to the dark grey walls and curtains.

Excellent location and facilities. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Very nice selection of items on the breakfast buffet. The shower fitting was very controllable with almost immediate hot water at a constant temperature and no leaks onto the bathroom floor - wonderful! Very quiet,fast lift too. Would definitely stay there again.

There’s a nice cocktail bar with a wide range of drinks but on the Friday night we went there, there was only one bartender who was trying very hard to make cocktails for lots of customers. It might have been an exception, but it would have been better to have a second member of staff. We waited a long time and other people gave up and walked out.

Very well located and very smart, looking newly renovated throughout. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities.

Small room, and some items were missing which I would expect in this price range eg mini fridge, coffee maker. Laughable self check in system - it would be much quicker if the reception staff did this rather than expecting guests to enter their own passport details etc (which are as a consequence not checked in any way by the hotel itself and could be completely invented). I would however happily stay again.

Definitely the hotel to come back to. Fantastic location in old Weimar near all the nice places in the old city. The hotel is beautifully decorated and it feels like it’s brand new. Thanks to Shahar for her great service!

We had a little problem in the bathroom and they send someone to fix it in 5 minutes but at the end it was not solved yet. They are very service-oriented .

The hotel could not be better located. It is very quiet at night since it is in the pedestrian part of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean & modern.

The room we booked was rather small, no table, no kettle. The bathroom was large however and the bed very comfy. This is not a hotel that will wow you away, no particular charm, but it is a decent and practical choice.

I lived 4 years in this city. to see finally its construction done was good. I like the architectural approach on facade and some part of interior design. the ground floor with bar is so catchy. its location is perfection, everywhere is in 1 min.

The use and choice of material in bathroom was wrong. after showering, the door keeps humidity. while showering, there is no space to put soap, shampoo whatever. the glass door width is not enough, water goes out. Room was ok. minimal, but im not sure for 2 people is comfortable or not, tiny. I found spending too much money for design unnecessary. no wardrobe, hangs are not functional to put clothes, bags… also make to corridor narrow.

Perfect location, delicious breakfast with a lot of options, comfortable room, nice amenities from Rituals, good service. Perfect for a business trip or for a touristic weekend in the lovely city of Weimar!

No wardrobe in the room, only 3 hangers in a support, so not very good if you have lots of social clothes. Breakfast hours needed to be booked in advance at the moment of the check-in, like: 7h-8h, 8h-9h...and so on..although they were flexible in case you wanted to change it. Also, the illumination of the room could be a little better.

The staff(especially Ms Levi) was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious. The hotel is in the center of town and a 25 minute walk downhill from the train station. There are frequent buses ( especially for the uphill trek leaving town).

I didn’t see any signs that recycling was being done.

Room had been stylishly refurbished but there was nowhere to put your suitcase/luggage. There was too little space to hang/store clothes, which combined with lack of luggage space would have been a pain for a stay of longer than 2 nights. the bathroom had a great shower but the open-ended cubicle meant the floor got wet. in addition there was nowhere to put your shower gel/shampoo other than the floor. There was not enough spaces to hang wet towels.

Noise in the early morning from emptying the trash cans and cleaning the street, noise from neighbour bathrooms and doors at the same floor, we changed the room to get a 1.8 m wide bed. In the first room the bed was to narrow with 1.6 m
