The extremely friendly service and flexible attitude of the personnel was great. When I unexpectedly had to extend my stay, they quickly helped and made sure an extended stay at the hotel was possible. Moreover, the hotel personnel has always been friendly and helpful. I am thankful for the service, which is the reason I write this review. Additionally, I highly recommend the breakfast and room facillities. The breakfast was worth the money and the cheap room did offer a good space to work (bureau setup), nice beds, and proper bathroom.

Location is nice, walking distance from the city center, Zitadelle Petersberg, and REWE :) Communication worked without problems via emails. A safe with key was found easily.

A small kitchen in the room had a stove, but it could not be used for lack of cookware. Quite noisy at night as the windows of our room faced the road and we kept them open because of the heat.

Breakfast was ok for me because I don’t like to eat the same breakfast everyday. But it was quite good.

The room met my expectations. First they provided me the room at 4th floor, that was not great for me and asked staff to change the room. Then they gave a room in second floor, that’s quit good in fact great. I was happy to stay there.

It's simple but nice: en-suite room with desk and kettle, decent furnishing, good Wi-Fi. I collected the key from the reception, but apparently there is also the night safebox option. Two trams stops from the city center, and there are some good places to eat and drink in the vicinity.

My room was very beautiful and the bed comfy. The price was very good and it’s in front of a tram stop, which takes you in 7 min to the old town or one can even walk :-)

It was stunning. The place is clean and secure. I love it. ambiance is cozy and Expensive. Huge space and bed. I love it .

The location is confusing. We were lost. But over all. The Staff were so patient with us .

Nice hotel near the centre of Erfurt, but still in a fairly quiet area.
