Location is very good, central enough to walk anywhere. Room was cleaned daily. Internet was good

My room was opposite the Barenfuess Kirche where they were rehearsing for a show every evening. After I had heard this so many times I had to keep my window closed. The toilet cistern in my bathroom leaked constantly.

Good quality overall. Quiet.

The bed sags a bit. All the edges are a bit higher. Very limited choice of TV channels.

The hotel is very close to the old city, shops, restaurants. It’s also very close to the train station, only 10 min walking.

We had only one towel for hands, face, body. It would be good to have one extra.

The location was quite good.

The heating system seems like working poorly, and making much noise than expected.

Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Although I was very happy to have been accommodated in the room for handicap people, I wish the bed would’ve been a little wider.

Budget hotel reasonably priced. Air conditioned and with great basement garage. Good location on edge of the old town. Comfortable beds and good breakfast selection.

Empty shower gel in shower and inside door handle of room came off in my hand but just minor issues for the price it is good value.

The room is not large but the use of space is perfect. It provides a lot of storage space, a large desk and place to sit. This was our third time we stayed in this hotel and every time we come I notice new lovely details, all matching. There are two doors so you cannot hear anyone in the corridor and also the street below is quiet. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is very well lit, there is a good shower, the toilet paper is right in front of you when sitting on the toilet, the large mirror on the inside of the bathroom door allows you to see yourself from the back. The breakfast was very good, including a fruit salad, excellent scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and meat balls. First time in a hotel we had also chives, much appreciated!

Breakfast was only till ten o'clock. We had to finish our coffee in the lobby but it was not a big problem.

All went well.

Maybe some toiletries in the washroom like body lotion would help. It is quite common in India.

location is excellent and the hotel is ok. I would choose it again if I should come back to Erfurt. btw Erfurt is a great beautiful city, you must visit.
