The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The receptionist (including Stein and a nice young lady) always tried to assist us with our needs. In addition to that the hotel had beautiful rooms with historical furniture and the location is right in the city center at the Dom.

Unfortunately the reception is only open until 6pm and the elevator isn't as accessible then. Mondays they don't have breakfast. Due to the older building there was a problem with the hot water for a few hours but it was dealt with quickly.

This family-owned hotel is the perfect place for anyone looking to stay at a beautiful, cozy and clean place. Being close to the tram station and the city centre makes it exceptional. It’s also close to many great restaurants, shopping centres and much more! The breakfast is so delicious and has a variety of options and the employees are the most friendly and the nicest people. They go the extra mile to help and make sure the guests are comfortable and have a great stay. Thanks so much to the lovely and helpful staff and we cannot wait to stay here again!

Hotel was within 2 blocks of the Cathedral, very short walk, to the Krämerbrücke. Owners made us feel right at home including suggestions on what the see first and places to eat.

The day had been very hot and with no air conditioning, it took most of the night to cool the room down. Would have liked an extra pillow for the bed.

A splendid location on the corner of Domplatz. Also on tram route through town to the station. The reception was smart and staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting places to see and things to do in Erfurt and the surrounds. A water machine dispensing still and sparkling water was available all day in the light and airy breakfast room. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was supremely comfortable.

Central location and the kindness of the staff. They were very helpful and dedicated for the best Service possible! Large rooms and the breakfast was plenty and had a large range for all food preferences.

Staff is very nice and amazing location

The only minus in the hotel is the very loud sound at night time from a bar downstairs. It’s unbelievably loud all night long until early morning, the whole room was shaking all night, couldn’t sleep well.

Location in a city centre. Arrival after Reception desk open hours was possible, a key from room was available in a Night safe according an agreement.

Parking is limmited to 4 parking places only, Nearby Public garage under a Domplatz is an option.

The reception was extremely friendly and nice. The location perfect and just next to the old town and cathedral. When in Erfurt, anytime again.

The rooms are in continuous renovation and thus the bathroom facilities still need some upgrading

- Very poor WiFi, basically unusable in room - Quirky hot water - Very limited front desk hours, closes at 18:00

The manager at reception was very friendly and offered great tips about where to eat in the neighborhood, and about visiting the nearby fortress at the top of the hill. I was also able to check in early the day I arrived.

I had to walk up to the fourth floor to get to my room, but the hotel is in the process of installing an elevator, so that won't be an issue in the future.
