Very good breakfast with a wide selection. Excellent location in the centre of Erfurt on a 10 minutes walk from the central train station. Friendly and helpful personnel. Overal: good price/performance.

My 1 person room (#12) was a little cramped. No bath, only shower. No fridge, but could be hired at additional expense. The room was at ground level and with curtains open no real privacy.

Excellent location for parking your car and walking into the old town. Quiet rooms. Very large variety for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Glass door concept of the bathroom. Not very suitable when you share the room with your kids. Very expensive parking for the hotel guests.

The hotel is located just a few meters from the entrance to Krämerbrücke, one of the main sights of the historic center of Erfurt. From the station, it is a longer but doable walk. The breakfast offers quite some choice and definitely is good value for money.

I had some unexpted issues with connecting an older notebook to WLAN, but I did not try too hard to solve them.

Located in city centre, clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and parking garage very convenient.

Only downside I could think of, was the room temperature. It got very warm and had no airco. Turning thermostat down made no difference. Opening the window was possible (outside temperature was fine (15 degr Celsius), but it took quite a while too cool down (little air circulation). The thick curtains probably played a role in all this, but opening them gave other problems.

Very nice Hotel in the heart of "altstadt" Erfurt. Walk distance to atractions, restaurants, shopping center and bars. Nice parking basement unde the Hotel, with EV charging spots. Fantastic breakfast, here is plenty too choose from, never seen anything as good as this. Very Quiet plase, but stil in center of Erfurt. Nice yard with lounge sets, where you can relax.

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Although room was not ready when I arrived, I could stow my luggage and return later in the day. I like that the hotel has a non-smoking policy even on the terrace and that it has deliberately removed refrigerated minibars from the rooms. I doubt they are worth the expense. Story of the building and excavation was very interesting. Breakfast on the terrace was fantastic (I am not scared of wasps!) great variety and quality of food. Location is perfect for exploring the Altstadt and also to the main transport hub at Anger.

I had not noticed that the room had no aircon until I arrived. With open windows and the desk fan provided, it was bearable. However, my room looked onto the street which was quite busy until about 11:00pm. I went out for beer and all was quiet on my return,

Very good location, not far away from some of the squares and near the river and the Kramerbrucke. Lovely breakfast in a separate building just across from the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay and the rooms were nice and clean and fairly spacious considering it was a 3star hotel. We both enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would stay there again.

The bar was part of the Reception area and there was a limited choice of drinks available due to its location. There was a nice room near by where you could relax and there was an outside area near by.

The shower head didn't stay in place. The WiFi uses the same IP range as Docker, making it impossible to use Docker while connected to their WiFi.

The location is certainly the best aspect of this hotel. Right in the historical city center with excellent restaurants (German, Italian, and Middle East etc) as well as pubs/beer gardens within a few 100 meters from the front door. Perfect location to visit the main sights of this very lovely city by foot. You step out the door and already find yourself in a beautiful square with historical buildings. As this part of town is mostly pedestrian it is also a very quiet place to stay. The room was spacious with a large desk (I like that), very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Most notably the staff were very professional and very helpful. During my stay they spoke to me in English, French and German which was quite nice. I had an early train departure my last day and the staff kindly prepared a lunch pack in lieu of breakfast. This was not only very good but also much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again.

No negative comments.

The location is superb, in a perfect part of the old town. The room was impeccable and everything just worked right. The breakfast was outstanding.

Nothing to dislike.
