The personnel was very friendly. I could reserve a parking spot which was essential in this area. The location is near the center of the city and we could walk everywhere. Room was clean and comfy. I did not try the breakdast as we had only one day there and we chose to have our breakfast somewhere else in the center during our last walk there.

There was a gap below and above the door and the voice from outside could not be isolated (and vice versa) but the hotel thankfully was very quiet

The location was excellent, just off the Marktplatz. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking garage was very tight and difficult to use. We did not use our car during our stay, so it was OK, but if you plan to use your car while staying here, I think I'd choose a different hotel.

Everything very good except the curtains.

Everything was fine, only the dark-curtains were too short so at 05.45 the room was full of daylight and it was no longer possible for me to resume sleep. The staff has indicated that they will soon replace the curtains with full-size models.

Great breakfast.

Can hear people walking around upstairs and when they use the bathroom. Nothing egregious though.

The staff were lovely, the location excellent, the accommodation clean and perfectly adequate for 1 person overnight (single bed, v small room but had all that you needed).

If you were there for several days, you'd probably wish you'd booked a larger room.

Super sweet hostess at the entrance desk! She made me feel at home immediately. Great location in the city centre.

You can hear other people walking in the hallway and door rooms closing. Even if the others are not being loud. My earplugs saved my night.

Unfortunately some guests were noisy.

Staff was amazingly friendly and worked with us even though we eneded up leaving with the key. Location is great with tons of great places to eat and farmers market on Friday in the plaza. Parking was easy in the garage on opposite side of plaza.

The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety, everything was very fresh and delicious. The location is perfect.
