Spacious room, beds firm but not too hard. Our room faced the back of the property with a nice view over some trees and no traffic. Easy check in, access to rooms and building with code. Short walk to city centre and the cathedral. Parking possible in underground parking garage, in the same building as the hotel. Access to underground parking limited to 07:00-20:00. You can exit parking garage at any time of the day but only enter during opening hours. Parking cost €12 for 24h.

Excellent that there was a coffee maker and plenty of coffee pods. As a tea drinker I'd have loved if there were a couple of tea bags as well.

The hotel is situated quite close to the Old Town and the twin churches and fortress at the centre of Erfurt. It is easily accessed from the Hauptbahnhof ( main rail station) by tram number 2. Also it's not too far from the walkway along the river which is very pleasant. Erfurt itself is a very beautiful small city well worth a visit. The hotel felt quite new and well serviced.

I had a bit of a problem trying to do the self check in on the machine but the staff member who arrived was very helpful and quickly had me checked in.

Hotel is easily reached on foot, bicycle, or train from the city center, and is close to the Domplatz and Altstadt. It's located in a quieter part of central Erfurt. The facilities were new, clean, and spacious. It was convenient to do check-in either using a self-serve terminal or in person, and the keyless access was also appreciated.

This might not be a good fit for people who require more amenities or staffing, as both are minimal compared to other hotels of its type. However, I found it a good fit for my needs.

Room was clean and comfortable, shower had good water pressure. Location was good, walking distance to the centre and a tram stop around the corner. There was a self check-in process, it worked well for me.

Didn't see any staff during my visit, I guess that's how they keep the price low!

Nearly everything was fine.

Check-in via the digital app thing took slightly too long, the receptionist kindly sped up the process. Not used to having a code for the door, but it’s fine, took a photo, then it’s no problem.

First of all, the bed was one of the softest and the most comfortable I've used in a while. The tram station nearby makes it easy to hop to the main station and main sightseeing areas.

I found the self check in a bit confusing (but that's just me).

The room had a balcony, tea/coffees which were nice to relax, and the bed was very soft. I left my Tshirt by accident and the staff kindly arranged a shipment with my DHL printed label.

The Self checking was difficult and too complicated to do and we had to call the Emergency Hotline for helpdesk.

All was very well prepared and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

I still disagree with the policy of B&B that breakfast is not included.
