I really enjoyed my stay at Route Hotel Tbilisi. Although the hotel is located on the edge of the city, it turned out to be a great advantage – the area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring busy Tbilisi. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the modern design creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff are kind, attentive, and always ready to help with any request, which made my stay even more comfortable. It’s a wonderful choice if you’re looking for a calm place with excellent service. I would be happy to come back again.

Position is quiet and easy to reach by car but not ideal if you want to visit the city. Room was spacious and clean, with a fridge. Bed was comfortable. Large safe private parking is a big plus. Nice small restaurants few steps away and some convenience stores make it a good option for people on the way

The honking system to ask to open the parking's bar could be turned into a bell to ring. Breakfast is basic, no sweets, and served in the basement so it could be a problem to reach for old people. Doors are not soundproof

Beautiful renovation. My room was like new. Everything worked perfectly - especially the Air Conditioner! Ideal location: away from the center of Tbilisi, but not too far ... new large comfortable buses stopped right outside the hotel very often! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a large shop across the street, and appealing options for Georgian fast food quite nearby. Though the street is busy, it was possible to take long walks on a wide shady sidewalk with nice parks along the way. And across from the hotel is a dramatic view of steep hills. Very quiet at night. I stayed for over a month, and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Stray dogs on the street, but this is a big problem all over Tbilisi.

I have rarely seen such a neat hotel. My first request was quietness. After 11 pm, despite the fact that guests were coming in at night, there was no noise at all. I would like to express my special thanks to the hotel staff, who gave me the best (I think) room. The breakfast was very beautifully decorated and very tasty, which is worth mentioning separately. I have been to many hotels, but I would say that Route Hotel is the best among them.

Amazing hotel it was to good. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom was big and kept well. Everything about this hotel was good. Total value for money. It has near by shops and there was good food in nearby hotels as well. Bus stop is also very close to this location

Just one thing I would like to mention. It is very good hotel but not very close main tiblisi area.

The hotel offers a private parking space and is conveniently located near the international airport. It is clean and functional, with excellent value for money. Shops and small restaurants are within walking distance.

It’s quite near to Airport. I had an excellent stay and it’s near to main highway and many restaurants nearby. Room is clean, good breakfast and overall stay was excellent. Even they allowed me late check out without charges. Enjoyed the stay. They have good Reception and Lobby as well.

Nothing, Over all Good only

Everything nice and new and modern. Nice fluffy towels and super comfy beds. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Super restaurant on site with yummy Georgian food and wine. Only thing is there's no balcony, so you must go outside to smoke.

Good quality close to my work place. Low cost. 20 min to Airport by taxi. 30 min to city center. Breakfast.

Green area around but I didn’t find any way to walk in an evening.

Nice clean place to stay. We stayed one night. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had fresh breakfast in the morning. There is a parking. Overall I would recommend this place for a short stay.
