Work travel with car, so I enjoy quiet places like this, hotel and restaurant in the middle of a wooden area, very calm. possibility of walking and bike rides as well. Good rooms, clean and comfortable.

Personally I don't like German bedwear as it is always not long enough to be tucked under the mattress or to keep your feet in, but that's just me !! every hotel is like this and it is the only annoying thing about germany. in this particular case, the duvet was a little too warm for the season, but there was no other alternative, I slept just with a light blanket found in the closet ... ok. I did not ask but a additional linen would have been nice. Not a big problem, just something to be mindful of, hope they will correct. If I had to stay longer, I would have asked.

We booked for a Wednesday night. The owner texted saying to call 1/2 hour before arrival. He was prompt when we said we would be there. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff is friendly. Location is good for highway access and other restaurants.

The restaurant was closed that evening (it is a short drive away from good restaurant choices). There is a language barrier for English only for breakfast. Restaurant looks lovely. The only options that morning were cold cuts. Coffee is good but had to ask staff for it. My personal preference is the ability to get coffee myself. The wifi is slow and I was unable to use my VPN.

The staff were very welcoming, especially the old couple with Croatian origin. The restaurant and food are quite good. Rooms are new and fresh but no cooling.

A bit hot in the rooms, couldnt cool it off unless opening the window but then it gets loud because of the traffic. The rooms facing the gardens are more quiet. Reception is not covered all the time. It is basically a restaurant that has some rooms available to accommodate.

We had a very warm welcome by the owner. We were with 2 childres (6+10) and we had booked 2 rooms nearby each other. The rooms are very spacious and clean. With enough amenities. Breakfast was also very good and extensive. Very friendly staff and the owner suprised my children with candy. Nice historical location. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the friendly staff and nice owners!

It was no air condition in the room so it was way too hot.

There is a good restaurant with delicious homemade food. Bed was also very good

Hotel restaurants close early, and stores and restaurants are located in 2~3 km away.

The staff was very friendly and caring, breakfast v good. We stopped over for 1 night on our way to Italy. We had our 2 dogs with us and it was a pleasant surprise to have a forest literally next door.

Nice property, staff was very kind and helpful, quite area. Breakfast was really nice.

I would be nice to have the instructions in the room translated into English as well.

A very warm welcome to a lovely hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean, well equipped, spacious with a lovely seating area. We enjoyed sitting and eating in the large garden. Great service from all the staff and a lovely breakfast.
