Location is excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very accommodating.. Parking was just behind the hotel and close to the elevator.

We used google maps to get to the hotel. It attempts to take you up a no car zone. Luckily we tried the street behind the hotel, but there was a drop down barricade. We paid for street parking and walked up to find we could have driven in. This may have been our fault as instructions may have been provided which we missed.. If they were not provided, I would suggest flagging people coming by car and sending a message to their phone or email with details on parking at the hotel.

this hotel is right on the main square- our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Bed soft, with good pillows etc. We werer able to sleep with windows open until the garbage men came at 0500...then windows closed and all was well. Parking is 2Euro and behind the hotel- as a matter of fact- this is how you drive up to the hotel- on the street behind, as the front part is in the walking only part of the street.

A bar or lounge would have been nice but understand the facilities offered. Also, my room was close to the elevator so a bit noisy as you can imagine, but honestly it didn't brother me.

Wonderful location in the center of the city, just off Market Square. Hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. On-site KartofolleHaus restaurant was very good. Breakfast was typical German buffet with breads, meats, cheese, eggs, and yogurt but also waffles with nutella.

The hotel is in the centre of Lutherstadt with the attractions within walking distance. Parking was available and safe. Beautiful view from our window. Christmas market was really special.

Coffee facility in the room would have been nice.

Need more vegetables and fruit at breakfast. Food needs to be replenished a little quicker. Only dealt with two staff members, one excellent, one grumpy

Convenient location in the main street close to all attractions. The lift was helpful for all our luggage. Breakfast was excellent and our room spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly.

Check in was very slow. My first thoughts were that things had not progressed SINCE DDR times. This definitely needs improving.

The hotel is centrally located close to everything! Check in and check out was easy and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
