The keys were waiting for me in the door. My concierge, Medrick, was very attentive and even went above and beyond to assist me with ordering food (twice). Medrick was my resource for questions and general assistance. He was very nice and professional and made my stay easier for me.

The facility provided shuttle service from the airport to the location, but not shuttle service from the location to the airport. I was disappointed with this aspect because it seemed like they were eager to get you there to earn the money, but they could care less once your stay was over. The facility was also in the process of updating it's dining facility, which would have complemented the stay if it was fully up and running.

I had the pleasure of staying for 10 days at the Accra Luxury Apartments Embassy Gardens, and I can only share positive feedback. I booked two apartments—one for myself and one for my sister—and we were both extremely satisfied with the entire facility.   As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate modern, clean, and well-maintained accommodations. The property is impressive and offers a peaceful atmosphere. I especially want to highlight the newly opened café, where you can enjoy delicious cocktails or a beer in the evening while overlooking the green areas and the pool.   The apartments are well-equipped and provide everything you need. Additionally, the security personnel monitoring the entrance daily, along with the installed cameras, ensure that you feel completely safe.   A special thank you goes to Linda, who took care of us during our stay. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. We even received complimentary room upgrades! When my sister found her bathroom a bit too dark, it was no problem to switch rooms. Linda always checked if we needed anything and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Her helpfulness made our stay truly special.   Samu was also an excellent contact during our time there. He always had a smile on his face and did a fantastic job.   I am very glad that we chose Accra Luxury Apartments Embassy Gardens. During my stay, I visited other apartments on my list and was even happier with our choice. love the pool I am not a fan of pools but this one was great I love the way thy came in person or message you daily in the am to see if you ok place was clean smell great had what you needed for apartment surroundings was quite even though I had a generator outside my balcony loved the rain forest showers bed was very comfortable Nice restaurant

the WiFi was not so great but it seem to be an issue most places the restaurant food was good but kitchen was not on site so you had to wait as thy were still in the processs of fixing it up I didn't mind as I was not in any hurry not enough towels in rooms and I wish thy had a towels system for people who wanted to use pool ofent as I had to use the same towels for pool and room we are short people so we had difficulty taking out utensils and using microwave I felt like the hot food will spill on me

Our host Betty was super helpful, she was waiting for me as I arrived and made the check-in process smooth and fairly quick. She also kindly assisted us to our room, showed us the amenities and property facilities and she also gave us some nice Accra recommendations. Really A++ service from her. This property has become my go-to in Accra. I'm impressed every time I go there, especially because of the quality of the service. The general property and guests always have a good vibe too. Looking forward to visiting again later this year.

The neatness and politeness of the staff, Emmanuel by name. He Was extremely eager to help with any issue I had. I loved the fact that breakfast had so many options to choose from. I would love to stay here when next I visit Ghana.

The fact that toiletries was only given on the first day and none for the rest of the day was not nice. Even toothbrush or toothpaste, I was told that they can’t provide that. Even water to drink was also not given alongside breakfast. The management should look into this as it doesn’t cost much to do that.

Great location, I was a little worried due to the size of the complex it might be noisy, but where we were located at Block D which was quiet, private and tranquil our room was right on front of the pool, which was great. Our host Ne was great, after the checking in and ID process, everything was explained well. Ne promptly assisted with the few minor issues. Breakfast was delicious and a real treat to have it delivered to your room up till 11.30 am.

Overall the accommodation is great......but more attention to detail and maintenance. For example, the ironing board did not have a cover and the iron cable was worn, the shower hose needs replacing. These are simple things that are easily fixed.

The Hosts. Frederic and Betty were very helpful, warm, friendly, and professional. They made sure that my stay was comfortable, and were happy to assist with any requests that I may require.

Lack of Toaster, very limited utensils in the apartment, and no bedside tables and access to electrical sockets by the bed. I have been staying at Embassy Gardens for the past 3 years when in Ghana. I must say the apartment needs a decoration overhaul.
