Professional, friendly and capable staff from the Belhops to the Front Desk. A HUGE THANK YOU to Elizabeth(Front Desk) for her Friendliness and Professional acumen...The Breakfast was EXACTLY what I imagined it to be and more..KUDOS! Can hardly wait to return .....

I had a scheduled meeting with some Estate Agents a day before my return although all I asked for was the chance to discuss upstairs (sitting area), and lady behind the desk made a fuss by telling me that area(an open sitting area upstairs) was only meant for Conferences and Seminas. I stood my ground telling her all I wanted was to sit upstairs and discuss with my guests because the Piano Music and other guests at the bar downstairs, was not conjusive(too loud) for us. In the end she agreed but, the episode left a note so good impression on me.

The first thing that stood out ,was the courteouness of the staff,starting from Elisabeth who manned the front desk the day I arrived,to the Bellhops, the chambermaids and the staff of the in-house Restaurant. The Breakfast buffet was assorted ( both European and Ghanian and could match that of any 5 Star hotel in Europe Hands down...CHAPEAU🥰🥰🥰. And then the tastefully furnished ,welcoming Lobby that had a Grand Piano that was used to entertain guests in the evenings...KUDOS 👍👍👍👍

One turning on the TV in my room I was directed to info's about the in-house restaurant and about the other next door to the hotel that served Ghanian Cuisine. As I had been in Accra for close to three weeks , I wanted to try some more delicious, traditional dishes. To my dismay, various Menus that had been constantly shown on TV, couldn't be ordered because, they were not available....

The bed sheets were very clean and fresh. Room very clean

Couldn't get hot water when I checked in late in the night so I had a cold shower. A pleasant technician came to fix the problem in the morning after I had complained but it didn't work for a long time. Hot water is very essential for a shower when you are in an air-conditioned place

The breakfast was outstanding. They even have freshly brewed filter coffee and it is possible to order a cappuccino or espresso. The hotel is close to the airport and ideal for a one-night stay between flights. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It smelled musty in my room and the AC was old and noisy.

There were fewer options but the food was tasty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was airy with working air- conditioning. Clean bathroom. The Gym facility is great. Meets European standards.

Add more cereal options. The sliced bread can be covered to prevent it from drying.

The staff really make this hotel, Dede, Dzidzo, Meshack, I forget the names of some of them, all lovely and go the extra mile for guests! The accommodation was nice and serene, and the conferencing services were more than adequate. All together a lovely experience- and very convenient for airport access!

Location and cleanliness

I feel it’s not value for money, the rates still high and it should be in the range of 120-130 USD with breakfast.

A great restaurant team and it was always service with smile. Thank you Joshua and team! The reception team were also very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location.

The warm reception by staff

Non disclosure of the fact that the airport shuttle was not free and the fact that money was deducted from my account without notification . This is fraudulent as the hotel capitalised on fact that they have access to my account.

I loved the ladies at the reception. They were wonderful, cheerful and always helpful. Breakfast was standard but nicely done. I enjoyed every meal at the African restaurant. Good location too
