The hotel is very beautifully built with great amenities. It has a luxurious feel to it. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is on par with other similar hotels. I loved the complimentary drinks.

I was charged slightly more than the total cost at booking. The explanation was that the exchange rates are different. It was only around $20 more so I did not make a big deal about it. Otherwise, I had a great experience there.

Breakfast was excellent and the location is very serene. My favorite was how I was received the very minute I walked in. The reception was top class. Thank you Dorinda and Christabel

Nothing to think about

The serenity. The staffs were all pleasant and ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious too. Evening soft music. Room was spacious with a balcony.

Down side was that it had no proper spa. Just a spa bed in the salon where they call someone from outside to massage you. So one person at a time and not the right ambience to be relaxed. We opted out.

Rooms and staff were great. The food was delicious and one of the best continental breakfasts experienced.

Front desk not able to retrieve reservation booked in January. Staff member tried to give us a room other than what was booked. They eventually found the reservation.

Prince at the reception desk provided exceptional service and professionalism! All of the staff was very attentive and made us feel welcome!
