Location is very good, close to airport and other hotels and Marina Mall. Staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is very good.

The hotel looks outdated, in the rooms the decorations are falling apart, the airco makes a lot of noise and should be cleaned or renewed. Same as for the overall fit out of the hotel. Doors in the room are not solid anymore, the stone floor is outdated, the bad room can use an overhaul. Also, the price increase of 60$ per night within 1 year is for me unexplainable since the hotel did not get upgraded or offer anything better than 1 year ago.

The location was good and close to the airport. The airport shuttle service was really helpful. House keeping cleaned the room very well. Breakfast was good and had variety.

Some of the facilities need maintenance. Example, the toilet door needs replacement as over time water had destroyed the bottom. There were points were the AC vents were leaking (the life areas on ground floor). Somrl delays were experienced when dental, kit and extra pillows were resquested from front desk.

Breakfast was good. I like the free shuttle bus service and the hotel's proximity to the airport. I always stay here whenever I am in Accra. Right now, we can do online check in and it makes the check in a lot quicker and smoother. I love that the hotel is environmentally friendly.

The rooms should have better ventilation especially in rainy season when it is very humid.

It was a 5mins ride to the airport. there is a shopping center which is a 2 minute walking distance from the hotel. The environment looks safe and secure. there was also a bureau de change in that shopping mall. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the room was small but adequate for our transit journey. There was a nice restaurant serving good meals too.

We were unable to pick up our breakfast as the kitchen didn’t have the packed meals ready at the time our check-out. Our flights were quite early and we had informed the kitchen the day before of our early checkout but it appeared the kitchen didn’t have the packed meal that the reception had assured us would be available.

extensive choice for breakfast particularly pleased to see soya milk as I am a vegan. Good pick up via the shuttle bus. Comfortable room and I really liked the idea of not using plastic bottles for water but a refillable bottle was available from a water bottle on the landing

They have an awesome spread of continental and local food for break, lunch as well as dinner. Priced reasonably and served with smiling staff

The towels were looking older while the bed sheets were cleaner and newer. Management should look replacing older looking towels

I thought the breakfast was exceptional. The location is super great after a long flight that arrived late. My colleague and I were picked up simply and quickly by the hotel shuttle and the checkin process was super quick and smooth which much politeness. The gym is a little small but just fine. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed good service. The room was clean, the wifi really worked well which is very important, as did the bathroom. This was my first stay. I will definitely be coming again. Oh...and just to add, I really love their commitment to the environment, especially on single-use plastics.

I liked everything. There was nothing that annoyed me and as I mentioned, I will definitely stay at the property again. I enjoyed the whole experience.

Warm and welcoming staff. They love their jobs. I also liked The available 24 hour food and drink service. Pool area was also fun to hang out.

Location close to the airport. Staff is very nice and ready to help you out with your matters. Breakfast is more than a breakfast. It is actually a brunch with a large variety of tasty food.

The ventilation system in the room was not really working. The window was broken and not possible to close it. When I woke up in the morning, the floor was very moistured and slippery due to the hight humidity in the room. The latch of the entrance door was broken. Trying to open the door from inside, the handel came out immediately.
