I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was especially impressed by the outstanding service from both the housekeeping and reception teams. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk were welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and they were always available to assist with any questions or requests throughout my stay. The housekeeping service was equally exceptional. My room was spotless every day, with fresh linens, neatly arranged amenities, and thoughtful touches that made me feel truly cared for. The staff clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the cleanliness and comfort of the entire property. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in both hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. My room was nice, the bed was comfortable.The restaurant food was good and the hotel's furnishing and decorations were nicely done. I liked my rooms patio, the service, the pool and accommodation.

I did not like that there was visible water damage to my bathroom vanity that had a loud odor. Also, the patchwork from previous damage was visible and poorly done. For a hotel of that, caliber remodeling professionals should be hired.

We loved our room

The staff greeted all the white guests and not us. it was such a thing we played a game of who will get serviced first and each time we were ignored. This happened during breakfast each morning. we were never greeted or wished a good morning but other gusts were welcomed warmly to breakfast. it was a bit frustrating to have this experience in Africa at a black owned hotel. All else was great.

Hard to mention anything negative, the professionalism of the staff, how helpful they are with every aspect of your stay makes it a great experience. If I had to point out an area of improvement would be availability of menu items in the hotel. But this was not uncommon across the city at various hotels.

The location is absolutely perfect and the property and especially the staff were brilliant.

My only recommendation would be an improvement in the breakfast options. The breakfast was extremely limited in variety compared to somewhere like Kempinski with a comparable price per night. Also, the only negative about the room is the shower is not enclosed so the bathroom can become wet very quickly when you're trying to take a shower.

Loved the onsite restaurant, gym and room service that was offered. Parents loved the food from the Restaurant and gym was clean and had great equipment. Apartments was spacious and well decorated with everything someone needed for a long stay.

I think they should do a better job at letting guests know that they would have to lodge a $200 cash deposit. I cannot remember being told about this by the establishment before getting there. Also dish soap should also be apart of the apartment for use. The lights on my balcony was blown out throughout the entire trip and even though I reported it to the receptionist who ensured me the engineer would fix it. It was never fixed so we never got to enjoy the balcony in the evenings or at night.

The bar was not very well stocked (that said, the bar person made me an excellent mojito) I was unable to get the food ordered and had to change it twice. Had to ask for tea/milk/coffee to be stocked in room and there was a double oven but no microwave which was strange - unless i did not see microwave.
