Amazing location, close to the airport and many restaurants and attractions. Attentive staff and security. The 24hr concierge and WhatsApp communications along with the facial recognition system meant I felt very safe and secure whilst staying alone. Apartments was very modern and well styled and also cleaned daily. Great gym and pool facilities.

I have no complaints. The only thing i raised issue with was the room not having a full length mirror although there was one pictured in the advertisement photos. The staff were amazing however and brought one toy room within the hour.

I had a fantastic experience at the Lennox Luxury Apartments in Accra. The location was perfect — central and very convenient. I felt extremely safe throughout my stay, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and spotless. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

My only suggestion would be to provide a “Do Not Disturb” door sign so guests can easily let housekeeping know when they prefer no cleaning. Other than that small detail, everything was perfect, and I will definitely stay here again!

I only rarely give a "10" but this stay was definitively above my expectations. Derek and the ALA team were very helpful, attentive, and extremely friendly hosts. I got an upgrade to a One-bedroom apartment, which was very nice. The view from the fifth floor was amazing and the apartment had everything that was needed to feel right away at home. I also used the gym for the first time and was quite impressed by the spacious room and the high-quality equipment. I also really enjoyed the close proximity to the airport, restaurants, and a supermarket (MaxMart). Finally, the ALA team kindly permitted me to stay one hour longer (until noon) on the day of departure, which really helped shortening the time I had to kill until my international flight departed in the evening.

The only thing, I would request: Please sharpen the cutting knifes in each apartment at least once a month. There is a nice set of cutting knifes in the kitchen of apartment L512 but they are so dull that cutting tomatoes becomes almost impossible.

The gym was really nice. The pool and it's view was amazing and really nice to chill. Rooms are big and fully fitted with all you need.

I did not like the Check-in Process. It was not clear on your page that I was booking through an Agent and I wasn't aware that I have to call my agent on arrival to get my keys. I went to the checkin counter and they said I had to wait for my agent. Coming from abroad, you cant expect me to have a ghanian number to reach my agent. Also there's no intenet in the lobby. So this also made it difficult to get my information from booking.com and contact the agent through the message button.I waited for over 30 mins. for my agent to come and give me my keys and then an hour before I settled into my hotel. That is unacceptable.

The property it’s self was Richard , he made sure we were comfortable, he even offered a complimentary ride to the ATM as it was very late when we arrived … our rooms were really clean that we even had to extend. Richard was available 24/hrs whenever we reached out…

The location is great , it’s close to the airport and some marts . Richard i would say made our stay quite nice . We wanted to say for 2nights but we are currently on our 5th night .

It was great to be picked up directly at the airport by the agency. This then makes the check-in process very smooth. The apartment was small but extremely clean and had everything that was needed. The location is excellent - I specifically appreciate that a supermarket (MaxMart) is in walking distance from The Lennox.

There was no socket close to the sitting/dining table. I was traveling for business and need to work on my laptop when at the apartment. I need to plug in the charger for my laptop in a socket close to the table/desk. Would be great to add this.

The unit was impeccably clean and was maintained daily by housekeeping staff. The kitchen appliances were all respected brands and all worked well. The décor and styling were just as appealing as the photos on the building website. We were appointed two building personnel who checked in daily to ask if there was anything we needed. Linda and Betty were knowledgeable, charming and highly responsive. The building felt safe. The gym and pool were always clean and available for use. The location made it easy to reach all our destinations.

I’d accidentally booked a small unit for my mother and I not realizing 'Deluxe' was a studio. Linda and Betty looked into options to move us to a 1 bed unit and within a few days of our arrival had facilitated the move.

The ALA staff was extremely supportive and helpful. Because of some maintenance issues I got moved to the Kass Towers. This location was also OK - the nice thing is that a Melcome minni Supermarket is located at the ground floor of the building. The room was OK - nothing fancy but spacious and clean.

There was some issues with the pick-up, issues with changing my room to a different building, the internet was not working properly, and I couldn't adjust the room temperature properly (the AC always defaulted to 22 degrees, which was very cold).

Location and building are ideal and superb. The apartment is nice and simple, balcony has some furniture which is nice for enjoying the weather without leaving your apartment. Super close to the airport and the building operates with high-tech features which is super sleek. One of the more modern and secure accommodations in Accra. The host was friendly and helpful - also reachable when needed. The host was able to help with organizing our travel back to the airport.

The hot water could definitely be warmer, but this might be a limitation of the building rather than the specific apartment. Also the TV doesn't have casting or netflix features, this would be much better for guests.

I absolutely loved the flat and enjoyed my stay. The location was fantastic, situated in a prime area with decent restaurants nearby and just a few minutes from the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. The area felt safe, and the amenities in the flat were great, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

The booking process was stressful. My reservation was cancelled and reassigned, and I only got it back when a room became available later. I had to make several calls to the host to sort it out, which was frustrating—especially as I was travelling into the country expecting my accommodation to be ready. This caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. I recommend the property but advise future travellers to double-check their booking confirmation in advance to avoid surprises.
