I like the ambiance and breakfast. I walked on the beach and it was great.

I could not connect my laptop to the internet and this was quite frustrating. I could not use the bath tap because the stopper was spoilt so it would be good for the hotel management to ensure that repairs are made.

The breakfast was great and the ambience of the lobby was good to sit and relax.

For a 5-star hotel, there is so much improvement left to be done. The service at the pool side and most parts of the hotel was rather poor.. the waiters always had to be prompted before we could get a drink, they would serve and not follow up to see if we needed anything more until they wanted us to sign the bill. There was a football match on loudspeaker during the evenings just because some waiters wanted to watch football.. hotel guests who wanted to relax at the pool area were not considered at all. It's a 5-star hotel and these little things go against all the standards! It really feels like this hotel only enjoys some old glory, it really did not feel like a 5-star standard and service.

I loved my whole experience. All the staff were outstanding and customer services was the best I have ever experienced on a holiday. The reception staff, The guys who took our luggage to our rooms, The people who cleaned our rooms and the people in the restaurant are second to none I have had the pleasure to meet and deal with. The Spa personnel were also amazing. I will visit Ghana 🇬🇭 and stay at Labardi Beach Hotel every time. Not to mention the Government Rep he was kind, understanding, gracious and a gentleman. Best life experience abroad ever. JP

The entire hotel is clean. The pool facilities are fantastic for kids. It's better than even the Turkish beach resorts I have been to. The pools are pristine and cleaned. The food is delectable. Polite and friendly staff that are very hardworking. Heartwarming, lifelong memories made here. Authentic feel to the hotel with mostly locals. Local and continental dishes served. Many lounge chairs to choose from pool side.

More beach lounges out at the beach would be better. Due to private events on the resort's beach at this busy time there were not many lounge chairs pre laid out( the helper will get more when asked).

While the wall plugs in the room were a bit temperamental, the staff promptly provided an extension lead to resolve the issue. However, considering the esteemed status of the hotel, I expected a more consistent electrical setup.

I like how the receptionist greeted me with a smile when returning, I was able to check in early, the rooms are very clean and they had the air conditioning on when we walked in the room. It felt like heaven on earth. The food is really good too. Just an overall lovely vibe here. They even bring your luggage to your room and explain everything about the room and the services they offer. Fridge was stock with complimentary cold beverages. When visiting Ghana I will definitely come back here again.

Lovely hotel, swimming pool and restaurant. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The spa was amazing.

The location made it difficult for us to get taxis and travel around.

Had room assigned near water damage issues with Musky-Molding Smell present inside buildings entrance hallways & inside #338 May 1-4 moved on last day to 308. Right underneath problem area…….🤔☹️🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤨????

The breakfast buffet was a must have. Everything was cooked to perfection. Their Sunday roast buffet was out of this world, excellent value for money. Their dinner menu is a bit limited though but the food is still very nice. Walking around the grounds was simply magical and the beach was a lot of fun, especially the Ghanian Suya and grilled sausages. Tender, spicy skewered meats that we mouth wateringly good!

The beach could have been cleaner. While is was by no means dirty is was still far from pristine.
