The property was good value for money, but definitely can be found something better. For a short stay was fine, considering I have used the room only to sleep and shower. The room needs a bit of restoration as the wall paint started to fall, and the AC was old and barely doing the job. However the Hit water problem heard in other reviews was sorted

Cleanliness, and the old furniture, old AC, the paint in the room. The food was quite bad both morning breakfast and pizza.(Morning looked like random ingredients left from a night before were added in - eggs with peas, chicken nuggets and some pancakes with dates inside and a weird forest-fruit syrup)

Absolutely nothing, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the property

The breakfast was great but with limited options. There are many construction sites in the neighborhood of the hotel and the access road is not tarmaced. The local drivers could not easily locate the place, the hotel should improve on local marketing.

The pool, gym, and the entire surrounding was very convenient.

Needs more umbrellas by the pool for the loungers. Lots of breakfast options on the menu but not actually available.

Staff

The air conditioning in the apartment flooded the room with water. I was relocated to another room however the water was not hot. In the apartment and hotel room bathroom there's no place to put your toiletries. In the apartment there's no light over the mirror therefore it is difficult to see to put on your makeup.

Love the Pool area it’s the best ! The atmosphere is just so calm and relaxing. The place is pretty amazing.

I guess the request to clean the room and to top up clean towels, if we were informed before it would’ve been okay.

Excellent breakfast. I would prefer brewed coffee served ASAP. Great variety of items on menu including traditional dishes. Pool area very relaxing Staff very friendly and professional

Occasionally my meal order for lunch dinner would be not quite correct.
