Very clean and well equipped apartment! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Nice terrace. Every two days they change the towels, but no one has bother us - they did that when we were not in the apartment. Most important for us was the parking - infront of the building they have private parking spot for each apartment, so you always have where to park - not problem with this. All the pictures here that they have are real. Next to the building there is very good restaurant. Also there are several other restaurants in 5-10 min walk. Supermarket is 3 min walk and works till 11PM. We took sight seeing bus and they have stop for Planetarium - this stop is around 5 min walk from the appartment. The port of Pirea is 10 min by car/taxi. Calm neighbourhood, quite at night - also important for us as we are with small kids. Next to the building is the trolley stop that goes directly to the city center. Also taxi service is very good. We had a great time! I definitely recommend 10 Apartments and Suites Athens!

Anything but 5 stars would not do justice to this property and its very thoughtful owners. The experience was fantastic from the moment we reserved the studio until our check out time. Immaculately clean space, comfortable layout, ideal location. And a generous welcome fruit basket to top it up! (Major fruit lover here!) We were visiting Athens to attend a meeting and our main criterion was proximity to the conference venue, however we would absolutely consider staying there again for the hospitality and wonderful space.

It was clean, modern and beautifully layed out. Panos had given us the details of how to get in. There was coffee and tea already there, kitchen mod cons (I recommend the juicer!). Staff were very responsive and totally helpful with ideas on where to go and what to do (we had a bit list already but needed a quick local bite). Access into town via the A2 bus was simple, there are also free busses running from the Foundation into town.

The fact that we didn't stay any longer. This place is a gem in Athens. There was nothing to fault them or the apartment. Im going to rebook at somepoint soon

We stayed in May in top floor terrace apartment in a quiet location for family holidays. The kind host greeted us on arrival to make sure that everything was ok. Housekeeping was available every second day apart from Sunday. Close to supermarket, coffee shops, bus stop or Tzitziphies tram stop. Easy access to Athens centre by bus or local Flisvos beach by tram. Generally everything was as advertised, fully recommended.

It was a beautiful apartment. Plenty of space, with a very nice kitchen and amenities. The bedrooms were cozy with plenty of storage. One of the best advantages though, was that it has its own parking spaces; which is extremely beneficial since parking in Athens is ridiculous.

The only improvement that would have been useful (it’s a little too late now) is if they had good sound proof glass installed in the sliding doors when they renovated. It was not that big of an issue though; the neighborhood is pretty calm.

We decided to stay here as the Stavros Niarchos Foundation is literally two blocks away and we didn't want to drive home after our outing. Perfect location. Quiet, although a breath away from Syngrou Ave that leads both into Syntagma Square and to the waterfront, and in a curiously open and green spot. Brand new! We were the first to stay in the apartment and it was lovable. Almost like moving into our own new home. We accessed the apartment via door code. Spacious, bright, full kitchen with a large fridge in the living area, fully equipped, a separate WC, could easily accommodate a family of four as the couch converts into a double bed. The perk was the amazing terrace that included a spa bath, shower, sun beds and a table for four. We really got our money's worth. Too bad we couldn't enjoy everything as we only stayed the night. A very important advantage was the free parking, as parking in this area would have been a nightmare.

All was excellent.

Super kind staff who tended to my every need and was very responsive. I was welcomed to the apartment as soon as I got off the taxi.

The area is quite noisy and the apartment I got on the ground floor not perfectly insulated. That said, the staff offered me a free bottle of wine to compensate for my troubles.

Was amazing! Was totally cleaned and the hospitality was very good .. very secure for kids and especially the balcony. The tv was very nice and the area quiet. It was next to onaseio that we had our daughter. And is the middle of a supermarket and other places for kids.

Superb apartment, well equipped, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Spacious, bright and airy. Elevator access. Guest parking and EV charging. Welcoming touches like fruit bowl, coffee, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, all provided. Short stroll from Stavros Niarchos Park.

The appartment was nicely decorated, very spatious, and clean. The bed was comfortable and everything in the appartment looked brand new. Close to the center for sightseeing and right next to the beautiful Stavros Niarchos park. We loved the walk over the esplanade to the sea and the Flisvos marina for dinner. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket nearby should you want to cook.
