The apartment was exactly or even better than the pictures! Very clean, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and I loved my little balcony! Check-in process was super smooth and easy, customer service replies almost instantly with any questions you have. Supermarket right beneath the property is so convenient and lots of cafés and bakeries a step away. The apartment was perfect for my 10 day stay in Athens and I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. 10/10 recommend.

The apartment is in Kallithea which is about an hour walk from the center or a 12 min taxi ride. Not ideal but I love walking so it was doable for me. If you prefer to stay in the city center, maybe it’s not for you but it was great value for money than anything else you’ll find in the center.

Rented the superior apartment: Spacious rooms/living area. Very comfortable bed. Had large terrace. Complimetary bottle of water on arrival Staff assisted me promptly with any concerns I had about facilities and they were incredibly friendly. Nice large smart TV. A coffee maker and complimentary coffee.

I was mislead about the image on booking.Com which implied that there was a pool. I read there was not and thought maybe a jacuzzi but there was not. It was late when I checked in and couldn't find the way to the roof, a guide would have been helpful. The rain fall shower although a great addition was unsteady and I was unsure if it would hold in place as the frame wobbled alot. The bins themselves would need to be replaced as the foot pedal didn't work and I had to use my hands which I don't find hygienic.

The room was more spacious than expected. Staff were contactable and understanding of personal situation. Kitchen was well equipped for self catering. Rooms were modern and clean. Close public transport connections- slightly further out of the city but was worth it and had surrounding shops and food outlets.

It was very easy to find the property and access it, however it was quite strange that we didn’t meet any of the staff or owners of the apartments. This made the stay feel a bit cold and not as welcoming as our other stays in Greece. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, with great AC and a fantastic kitchen setup. We felt very safe and the fact that the bus stop was directly outside made a huge difference for us! You could get into the city or to the port in about 20 minutes.

It’s a shame that we didn’t really have much of a view from our balcony - it just overlooks other apartments in a courtyard area. We would’ve also preferred for the bathroom to be separated instead of a wet room, as it was hard to keep our towels dry. Would have also benefited from faster and more reliable WiFi.

The apartment was big, and there was a massive bathroom. Lots of windows, and we had a balcony. It was clean, and there was a good cleaning service that would stop by and ask if we wanted extra towels etc. The check in and check out was very easy, and the building over all looks exactly like it does on the photos. And there is a grocery store next door which is super convenient.

There was only two pillows, and a thin sheet and a blanket. It would have been nice to have some extra pillows/duvet in the closet just in case. Additionally the sofa only had four pillows; and they were extra pillows, and the sofa didn’t have any pillows. The kitchen did not have sufficient cutlery, plates etc to make food. Which was a shame.

I liked this property because it was centrally located to many shops, eateries, and transportation. I especially liked the security feature of the property! The rooftop was great for view and just hanging out, above it was quiet even though it was near a busy area.

There was not proper lighting in the exterior corridors that came on automatically. You had to hunt for light switches. Also, if you didn’t read the fine print carefully, the impression given from the pictures was that the jacuzzi is in an open common area for all to use (but its for the “penthouse” apartment).

Great location, nice rooms, staff was very helpful both in prior communication but also during our stay, cleaning ladies very polite and helpful, you can find almost everything you need nearby (food, super market, transportation, restaurants).

The room seemed a little under equipped, especially the kitchen which had strictly the essentials. The rear rooms have a very short view to a closed area among buildings (the front ones are perfect). Overall (after two stays in total) it feels over priced compared to what it offers but also other options in the area.

This is an apartment building, meaning you don't get a room, but a fully equipped apartment and they are beautiful!!! spacious and clean hot water bus station right outside grocery store also loved the location, very convenient

Missing essential cooking ware. Like a chopping board, sharp knife, normal size pan and a kitchen towel.

Large rooftop area to bask in the Greek sun. Jacuzzi is GREAT! Excellent jets that REALLY massage your back and legs and feet (if your feet can reach the other side 🤭

Three different codes to enter the room. Could use a fluffier comforter. Parking sucks. I’ve had to illegally double park just out front, by the bus stop, but thankfully, I haven’t had any issues with parking there 🤞 (and I’ll leave the car there until 12 pm 😁
