The hotel is located in a quiet location, the rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. The beds are comfortable. The staff is responsive and friendly.

Big minus....smoking insidethe hotel. Sometimes, it felt like someone was smoking in our room. I don’t know how it is on other floors, but on the fourth floor, where our room was, there is even a smoking bin near the elevator. And also - poor lighting in the room.

Decent size room, quality everything, and then we get to the bathroom. I mean the size is OK, big enough. But the sink is the size of my hand, shower tray for toddlers, even the toilet is hiding in the corner. And then you have that big bathroom. WHY> Who designed these batrooms?

We were there for a surgery at the Onassis Cardio Center and the hotel was walking distance and had parking which was very important to us. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was kept clean with new towels daily.

The shower was too small with no curtain and left water all over the floor. I would have been nice to have breakfast available, but there were very good cafes very close by.

I book a room at Lacoba for my father once a month as he needs to be near the Onasseio hospital for treatment and it’s always very pleasant, quiet and relaxed and he feels very welcomed and comfortable. He always asks me to book him a room there as everyone is very kind and makes him feel at home.

The room carpets needs to be changed and the red and blue lights with mirrors around the rooms gives you the impression that the hotel was used for other purposes.
