The hotel is located in a quiet location, the rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. The beds are comfortable. The staff is responsive and friendly.

Big minus....smoking insidethe hotel. Sometimes, it felt like someone was smoking in our room. I don’t know how it is on other floors, but on the fourth floor, where our room was, there is even a smoking bin near the elevator. And also - poor lighting in the room.

Lacoba was such a great surprise. It’s stylish without being over-the-top, and it felt very safe and well-maintained. I used the nearby tram to get to the city center quickly, and coming back to a clean, air-conditioned room was just perfect after hours of walking around. The staff was kind and professional throughout.

Decent size room, quality everything, and then we get to the bathroom. I mean the size is OK, big enough. But the sink is the size of my hand, shower tray for toddlers, even the toilet is hiding in the corner. And then you have that big bathroom. WHY> Who designed these batrooms?

We were there for a surgery at the Onassis Cardio Center and the hotel was walking distance and had parking which was very important to us. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was kept clean with new towels daily.

The shower was too small with no curtain and left water all over the floor. I would have been nice to have breakfast available, but there were very good cafes very close by.
